“Casey at the Washington store is extremely streamly capable and very well adversed with working with the more senior types citizens such as myself.. Cell phones can be quite a challenge to challenge to us more mature people and she's very patient and caring and wants to make sure that she covers everything with you.. “The store is very clean, the guy that helped me was awesome. I had to go in a verify my identity because I purchased a phone and plan on their website.... I was there less than 30 minutes getting things taken care of an I was on my way home”
“It has taken nine months to get billing corrected for upgrading two iPhones. It has been very frustrating working with Customer Service trying to get it corrected, waiting a month for the next bill and finding out that it is still incorrect.
The one very big positive during the nine months is the support received from the local store representatives. They have worked with me in explaining to Customer Service each and every month. Without their support I would have left T-Mobile after just a few months.
I wish to thank JaMarcus and Hernan for all their efforts and recommend them T-Mobile Employee of the Year!

Today I stopped because I had a problem with my phone that I couldn’t figure out. Jordan greeted me instantly. He fixed my phone problem. But I was so impressed by the way all of the employees treated the customers. The way I have been treated by T-Mobile the last 2 years I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Thanks Jordan….”
