“For some reason, my cell phone would not get out of SOS mode & when I logged onto my account online, it said TERMINATED. Of the MANY phones that my kids & I have purchased from Boost, I'd never had this problem. I went to Dasia & Kylie at the BoostMobile on Glen & Dasia instructed Kylie how to call customer service & get my phone back working. I came about 20 minutes before closing time (because I had to travel from work) & they weren't rude at all. They got my phone up & working in no time & I was out of there. They even were trying to hit their mark on selling items (they'd noticed that my screen protector was broken & told me how much theirs were). A+ for Kylie & Dasia. Thank BOTH of you ladies, because I...WAS....STRESSED!!”

“I really like the Big Hollow Target. Compared to other stores, it is clean will alert and a pleasure to shop in. The carts are noiseless as they are pushed along the aisles. The employees are generally pleasant and actually make eye contact and smile. The one drawback for me is that target is not a Will start to grocery store. They have all kinds of housewares, tableware, kitchen appliances, electronics and more. However, I am often unable to find things in the grocery section such as canned mushrooms, and certain fresh fruits and vegetables. Therefore I am forced to go to another store to get groceries. Kroger's for insurance, has a much better selection of course, and their food items are significantly less expensive. I also go to target for their pharmacy. I really like the people at the pharmacy. They smile and are thoughtful, and one gal there actually knows me by name.”

The lady called her very horrible names and refused to leave when Alicia gave her every resource possible to help fix her situation. This lady REFUSED any solution and Alicia never raised her voice back, never was rude, and NEVER gave up on finding solutions. “so I signed up with the T-Mobile location in Costco and to be honest they made mistakes and I was made promises that didn't get delivered so I stopped trying to communicate with them because they weren't helpful and I started coming to this store and the staff here is awesome Wyatt and Lucas and Robin all kick ass and I got answers and they took time with me to get everything squared away I'm so thankful for them I was very frustrated after going to the Costco location for T-Mobile and this is definitely the store to come to because they are awesome!”

“I needed a screen protector for my Samsung Ultra watch. I called all over Peoria and East Peoria trying to locate one with no such luck. By chance while stopped at a light I saw ATT. I went in told them I wasn't a customer but needed a screen protector. A salesman, Jimmy Salamanca, hooked me right up. What a bargain, $4.50 and I love it. THANKS JIMMY”
