“We were pleasantly surprised with our appointment at David's Bridal. David's offered a good variety of both dresses and price points. The highlight of our visit was the assistance from Sadie. Sadie, was patient and quick to make helpful suggestions, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge and understanding of wedding gowns and body types. She was pleasant, respectful of our budget and tireless in her assistance. We were so glad to have her help us and it truly did create the special experience we were hoping for. And although I understand David's is a discount bridal store, just some simple lighting adjustments, and a few updates to improve the aesthetics would be so helpful. Also, as much as the carpet at the Naperville location was in need of a cleaning, we did not appreciate the crew coming in to evaluate carpet stains right behind us during this experience and then begin to commence cleaning while the store was still open and while two young women were still trying on dresses. I would still recommend checking out David's Bridal, especially if you're able to schedule with Sadie.”
“My sister and I are from Boston, visiting our sister in Naperville. I have shopped in many Uniform shops but have never had such a pleasant experience as today with Ronan S. He was very professional and kind. He knows his product line by style, size and category. He helped us locate many size and height change outs with such patience and engagement...and he has perfect customer service skills and lovely manners. “I took my husband‘s leather work shoes here they had salt all over them. He had them cleaned and looking brand new promptly. The owner is an honest guy, very reasonably priced, and does a fantastic job.”

“Writing this review due to the outstanding service i got from an employee as this is the first time I have ever shopped at Journeys! Before I had come in I witnessed a customer get very mad at the lady that was just trying to help get her a shoe which the customer proceeded to call the employee racist. When i walked in that same employee helped me and she was so very kind and in no way did i feel she was racist at all! I had felt so bad for the way she was treated but even after that she treated me with such kindness and positivity! Great customer service! I didn’t catch her name but I will be coming back because of her! These are the shoes i got!”

“We walked by the store on a sunny Saturday afternoon and saw these beautiful sparkly pink shoes. My twin granddaughters asked if we could go inside. They do not like to shop but were drawn by the shoes and the wonderful women who measured their feet. Our experience was beyond fabulous. Going forward I will be back with my 5 year old girls!!”

“The new ASM, William, was very helpful and did a great job assisting me while the store was very busy. He was attentive and quick on his feet. I was indecisive about which pair of shoes to buy but I ended up purchasing both pairs due to William being knowledgeable about the products and merchandise being sold in the store. He enlightened me about how one shoe would be better for running and another for everyday comfortability with a splash of fashion. After careful consideration and deliberation, I agreed with him. Any questions I had, he was able to answer (and I was asking a lot of questions) he was patient and did not get frustrated with me while also making sure his employees and other customers were taken care of. I’ve never seen an employee multitask so effectively and effortlessly while also confidently maintaining a leadership role. He also had a great personality and conversation. I hope he’s there the next time I visit!”

“There is NO other store I go to for my flats, sandals, heels and boots! The prices are exceptional, the sizes are little off but if you buy shoes without trying them on, I mean shame on you. The store clerks are all some form of Latino, and spend most of their time sitting behind the desk talking to each other instead of interacting with customers, but for me, the space is so small, having clerks walking around in my way, constantly coming up to me would make the experience worse. Not a very diversified staff and I have often wondered if anyone of any other ethnic background applied, regardless of qualifications, if they would have a chance at all.”
