“They have a shuttle service to the airport, so that was quite handy. They also give complementary toothbrush and toothpaste, which came in handy as I didn’t have mine. The breakfast is served at 6:00 and it’s your typical hotel breakfast, so nothing fancy. Overall I would recommend this place”

“This hotel was great. From the smell, the service, Starbucks, and a good food. However, 3 out of my 4 towels had stains on them and Aja was kind, cool, and collected when I told her. Even when I checked in she was amazing!!! Me and my coworker’s key kept not working and we had to make several walks downstairs because we were locked out. Great location and shuttle service you can’t beat. But they just need to button up on housekeeping.”

“Excellent front desk service, well appointed rooms, timely shuttle service. Though the 5am shuttle driver on 30th jan was very odd and rude as well, kept 8 of us waiting while he loaded luggage in chicago cold.”

“Amazing stay! The room was comfortable and huge. The hotel was well heated in this cold month. The hotel, which is close to the airport, is very convenient. Plus, we could not hear the airplane noise. The welcome by Kevin at the reception was exceptional ! I’ll come back.”
“Overall, a very good stay. The service was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was consistently professional and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight — very good quality and excellent coffee, which truly makes a difference.
The hotel is clearly well managed and we appreciated the availability of an on-site kitchen service. Even though the menu is limited, it is a great alternative on extremely cold days like January 30, when going out is not ideal.
As points for improvement: it would be important to verify that all electrical outlets in the rooms are fully functional. In addition, given how busy this hotel is due to its proximity to the airport and the Allstate Arena, offering valet parking for guests could greatly improve the experience.
While the hotel provides a vehicle tag for guests, it was not entirely clear how consistently parking is supervised, which could be worth reinforcing.
Overall, a solid and pleasant stay with just a few operational details that, if addressed, could elevate the experience even further.”
“Stayed here this past weekend. Won’t ever stay here again. Pool was out of service. When we got there the toilet in 211 wouldn’t flush then the staff at the desk refused to give blankets for the pull out bed my child was suppose to sleep on. I asked for my money back or move us to a different room after he told us to jiggle the toilet handle. We had to constantly keep asking for a room key because our key kept messing up. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. The back wall on the elevator was lose. Wouldn’t allow my husband or child to stand by it. The only decent about this hotel was the location. We won’t be staying again.”
