“Rooms and service is great but just that they charge extra for everything. Even complimentary water bottles are charged, parking is $30 a night which is little expensive even when you’re staying at the hotel.
Little expensive for that kind of simple and small room but Staff is great.
280 for a night is little expensive for just a small regular room.

“We were charged more than quoted on the phone. The room was OK, but they refused to let us have a pull away bed.
Beds lack blankets, too. It's super cold because you only get a sheet.
We did have a clean room and a nice lady who checked us in. Breakfast was free, classic, generic, American hotel breakfast.
There's a pool and fitness room here, too. Also it was quiet and nice for sleeping.
I'd say be sure to double-check pricing. We were quoted 130 dollars less on the phone. I was disappointed.”

“Noteworthy details: I couldn’t believe how amazing this place was for what I paid. Awesome staff, food, drink…rooms were excellent, extremely modern, bathrooms are really luxurious. Place was very clean, room service was very friendly and fast. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. Will definitely choose this hotel again.”

Walkability: Fashion outlet is across the street from the hotel, concert venue and several restaurants are within walking distance.
Noteworthy details: Parking cost 23.00 per night. There is a sky bridge connecting to the hotel from the parking garage. which is great!!”

“Allam du Lillah. Reached Chicago due to unexpected long waiting in immigration missed connecting flight for Atlanta so Airline gave hotel stay overnight from Terminal 03 every 15-20 Minutes shuttle service is offered by Hotel and I missed twice.
Check In was very comfortable front desk was handled by a young very courteous staff of Hotel. Room was clean nice and quiet and check out time Miss. JC was so nice she with a smile offered complementary Coffee from their Lobby. Check out was also very smooth. Overall 4.5* for Staff and Location and property is 4* experience.”

Room had AC unit off when we got in so the room was like 80 degrees. It took quite a bit of time to cool down. Bathroom had a couple of not-great cleanliness issues I won't mention. Bed was comfortable and well made. TV wouldn't turn on at first had to troubleshoot to get it to work.
Fantastic location for anyone going to AllState arena for events.”
“Stayed here this past weekend. Won’t ever stay here again. Pool was out of service. When we got there the toilet in 211 wouldn’t flush then the staff at the desk refused to give blankets for the pull out bed my child was suppose to sleep on. I asked for my money back or move us to a different room after he told us to jiggle the toilet handle. We had to constantly keep asking for a room key because our key kept messing up. The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any moment. The back wall on the elevator was lose. Wouldn’t allow my husband or child to stand by it. The only decent about this hotel was the location. We won’t be staying again.”
