The delivery guys tried their best but it was too big. Thankfully he called right away and told me they had 2 smaller ones to look at. I got my new couch the next day and it’s perfect. “Reclaimed Artisans is a gem of a business. Can't say enough good things. Eric and co. do a great job of finding sellers with a great selection of furniture and home items. Always find something great and my house is filled with items from RCA. Love finding excuses to keep going back even though I don't always need something. Love that there is a good mix of antique originals and rehabbed items. The perfect place to shop for unique gifts and for my home built in 1915. If you get lucky and go when a seller is working on their section, you can get some deals too.”

My only complaint is the LONG LONG delivery time. We have to wait 10 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. That almost ruined it.”

“The crew at Hansen do high quality work. They built our cabinets 3 years ago and they are just as beautiful today. Yesterday we noticed a minor issue with one of the drawer slides. Hansen came out today and made the repair quickly and efficiently. Quality work and excellent service. Highly recommend!”

It's beneficial to have different inventories for various price levels, ranging from high-end to average. The service is excellent, with staff taking the time to explain the details to customers patiently. Many high-quality materials are available at extremely low prices when supply is limited. Because in a residential home remodel, most materials are one-time use and have no requirements for repeat purchase. I opened a customer account with them, and purchasing or returning becomes very easy.”

Though I was just there for low wooden raised food bowl upon entering I was greeted immediately. The store maintained a neat and organized layout, making it relatively easy to navigate through the different sections. The staff members Jessica and Nicole (manager? ) were generally helpful and attentive, which added to the overall shopping experience. Seriously, these two workers definitely deserved a raise. They are super nice and ready to help you if you need something.

“It's Ross, what can I say, sometimes you go there and walk out with more than you wanted simply because they have some random stuff that's kinda cheap, (not always). I shop in the home section mostly. I prefer the round lake one instead, a little more organized, but that's probably because gurnee gets more traffic and ppl moving the merch around on shelves.”
