“Very good service the salesman was very patient with us and moved mattresses around so we could try them. He managed to order a mattress for us in the Illinois store to be delivered to a residence in Florida. We also bought a mattress for a home in Illinois. He wasn't pushy just helpful.”

“This place is INCREDIBLE!!!!! John or Jim he was a tall guy with glasses was amazing. We came in with our two kids who were a handful and he helped us and we were in and out in under 30 mins. We got what we needed and purchased. If you need furniture they literally carry everything not kidding. I had looked at all stores around me and ended up getting the same stuff for a fraction of the price. He even bundled the package for us! If you pay cash you can get a discount too!”

“Had the part I needed in stock. Sales associate didn't try to sell me a new filtration system. I told him this was probably the last year for my current system which at 13 years old is getting a little long in the tooth. I keep the pool in tip top shape which is why the liner is still good and the filtration system still functions. I bought my pool at the Great Escape in Gurnee and continue to restock pool supplies needed there.”

We do shop around and always end up back there for the best prices and quality. Lisa and Tim are both knowledgeable about what might look good or be a better option when we are not quite sure. “If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He has been such a wonderful help, getting the guys that reassembled my bed this morning, back to my house, to put the mattress up against the headboard, as it was several inches away. Your customer service is a nightmare, when my issue was not relative to any of the prompts. That is why I reached out to Jason.. He made follow-up calls to make sure that the guys would be back by end of day, and he was so nice to keep me updated. I am truly grateful for his help!”

The prices were shockingly good, especially for the quality of everything. I couldn't believe how inexpensive most everything was. This is definitely a hidden gem worth looking at”

Though I was just there for low wooden raised food bowl upon entering I was greeted immediately. The store maintained a neat and organized layout, making it relatively easy to navigate through the different sections. The staff members Jessica and Nicole (manager? ) were generally helpful and attentive, which added to the overall shopping experience. Seriously, these two workers definitely deserved a raise. They are super nice and ready to help you if you need something.

“I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews for big stores, but I felt this one was worth it. The only reason I’m leaving a 5-star review is because of Will, normally found at the self-checkout lane.
No matter the day or time, Will always has the biggest smile on his face and genuinely makes the experience better. He’s friendly, welcoming, polite, and always takes a moment to say hi and ask how people’s day is going. That small interaction makes a bigger difference than people realize.
I’ll honestly wait in the self-checkout line if it means Will is there, because his attitude and positivity set the tone for the whole visit. Target is lucky to have him.”
