“Mike was extremely accommodating. I’m a bigger guy (60 w X 38 L, 4x shirt) and he made everything easy. His calm demanor and understanding of the shopping experience made it so that my anxiety of being a bigger guy was not seen or spiked. Didn’t know until after the transaction was over that he is the store manager. His retail experience was what I hope all retail experiences strive for. DXL has earned a customer for the foreseeable future due to his service.”

“This Cole Haan outlet store has a good selection of casual and sport shoes, handbags, wallets, glasses, socks and shoe cleaning supplies, and although sometimes my size is not available at the store, the employee(s) always offer to order it for me, and have the item(s) shipped for free to my home.The back of the store has a clearance section where I’ve been able to find pretty good deals.”

“Lately it’s been really hard to get good customer service anywhere, however I was greatly impressed with the staff at this store. Everyone was really friendly and working hard to make sure customers are satisfied. I wasn’t even going to buy shoes, but Arleth saw me eyeing a pair of Timberland heels and was eager for me to try them on. She brought them to me in different colors and stayed with me through the entire experience — giving her own insight as well. At the register, the rest of the clerks were also extremely friendly and the atmosphere was positive. I will definitely be returning here for my future shoe purchases as I enjoyed my experience. “I took my Dad (who is very unsteady and uses a walker) to pick out some stuff for my Mom for Christmas. He didn't want to walk back to the car so I ran out to the car to bring it right to the door and when I pulled up one of the women who helped us (short brunette with glasses) was walking him out to the curb. She held the door and then steadied him with her arm the rest of the way to the car. It's this type of "above and beyond" customer service that needs to be recognized. It was just so sweet. Thank you and I'm sure my Mom will love her top!”

“Just got home with my shoes and I had to send a shout out to Glen at this location! He spent so much time helping me with the shape and size of my feet and where I needed more support. He picked the shoes I ended up with on the first try, but he then also tried about 10 other combinations of shoes to find just the right fit. Then he helped me compare some of their clearance shoes to see if any were better to help us save some money. Definitely coming back again when we get an analysis done for my husband. If you just want to shop yourself and find your own gear, they have a great variety of shoe brands and lots of accessories like socks, clothing, and specialty insoles. We will be back for sure and will be asking for Glen!”
