“I had a wonderful experience at Xtra Mile! Both the owner Chris and the associate Kevin who I worked with were super resourceful and patient in helping me find the right running shoes for me. Appreciated the gait analysis they do at the store (having you walk/run on the treadmill and analyzing your video) and shoe recs. Ended up getting Brooks Glycerin Max on sale, which I’m liking so far. Chris is very involved in the community too and tries to be a resource for runners of all levels. Highly recommend this Xtra Mile Running!”

“Just got home with my shoes and I had to send a shout out to Glen at this location! He spent so much time helping me with the shape and size of my feet and where I needed more support. He picked the shoes I ended up with on the first try, but he then also tried about 10 other combinations of shoes to find just the right fit. Then he helped me compare some of their clearance shoes to see if any were better to help us save some money. Definitely coming back again when we get an analysis done for my husband. If you just want to shop yourself and find your own gear, they have a great variety of shoe brands and lots of accessories like socks, clothing, and specialty insoles. We will be back for sure and will be asking for Glen!”

“Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”

I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. His customer service left an indelible mark that made me and my family see Journeys at a different, more positive light.”
“Gerardo, was very helpful in guiding me toward my new boot purchase. He showed me my options for what I needed and explained the different features. He also introduced me to the advantages of adding a zipper instead of laces, which I did purchase and am excited to try out for an easier in and out of the boots. He did the install of the zipper and they were ready the next day. Thank you!”
“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”
“I couldn't find the pair of shoes I wanted in my size I asked the person at the front if she could order me a pair in my size. She looked at the computer and saw that they had a pair in my size so someone went back to look for it. Several minutes later I was walking out with a pair in my size.”

“Sonya was a wonderful help when I brought both my work boots and my casual boots in to be sent to the Red Wing factory for repair. She helped me prepare the shipping labels and ensured that upon repair they would be shipped back to my house rather than be sent back to the store where I dropped them off. After that was done she helped me with another pair of boots and several pairs of socks.”

“I came to this Anthropologie with 8 days before my wedding (yes, it was a VERY fast turnaround wedding) with my mom and both of my sisters. I wasn't looking for a "wedding dress" per se, was looking for an awesome sequins dress. Myself, my mom and both of my sisters each found the perfect dress that evening. And we couldn't have done it without the amazing crew at this Anthropologie. Not only did they make this shopping experience so fun, but they were helping bringing us all the dresses they had, and overnighting a particular dress - only ONE left in the entire country. “For your average shoe, limited selection but surely more than what department stores carry. They do offer to ship you your size for free if they don't have it. They don't carry specific shoes like Tennis or Pickleball shoes though.”
