“The staff was great, no issues with picking up the vehicle or returning it. However, I cannot give 5 stars because the brakes were grinding and very loud. Upon returning the vehicle, I made sure the staff was aware of the bad brakes so they could get them repaired before renting to another customer. The staff was grateful for the information and promptly took care of the issue.”

“Never had a problem renting a car here. One star deducted because we left a child seat in the back the last time we dropped off the rental. That was our fault, but they had pulled the child seat out of the car and did not bother to call us. It was for our grandkids, so we didn't realize we were missing a car seat until about a week later.”
“I dont normally write reviews online let alone for a car rental company but i gotta give credit when credit is due. I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”

“Great service when I needed help in a pinch. Check-in was great, and Jonathon gave me his card in case I needed help when I had little margin for error. His car says Trainee but he was a pro. My return team on Monday was also great, including a smart intern. This experience made me want to go exclusively Enterprise for rentals.”
“Had an amazing experience at avis in route 59, i booked the car for driving test, they provided all the necessary details and the insurance required so that we can drive the car during test. The car was top condition with all features, we rented a volkswagen tiguan and it drove perfectly”
“Rented a van for a family Thanksgiving in New Jersey. Ketan as usual was extremely professional , we picked up the Van 11/23 and even though it was raining the van was ready and cleaned. We were able to pick between 2 models and were checked in early no issues. This is the best owner operated franchise in the western suburbs.”

I had a choice of two vehicles, the one I chose was clean and ready to go. The gentleman who handled both the pick up/drop was polite and efficient. He even found some items I had left in the trunk.”

“?EDIT. So I've since talked to the on-site staff, and he was very helpful. However... the general customer service call center (the ones that your phone calls go to when the actual site staff aren't available) were unprofessional and RUDE!!!!and they will apparently just try and argue with you instead of actually helping or finding out who can help. Especially Carlos. He wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me why I wanted the supervisor, and then hung up on me. He was horrible. He left my mother in tears after that call. I've since talked to the supervisor. She was professional, but she needed better employees.I'm just happy that the on-site staff at both the pick-up and the drop-off locations were very nice.”
