Had to contact Enterprise for a rental due to my car being involved in a hit and run. Enterprise picked me up at the auto repair shop and then drove me to their office. Everyone I dealt with at Enterprise were friendly and professional. They provided me with a 2025 Genesis. A very nice car to drive as a rental especially covered by my insurance. Really appreciated the car and service. I even had the car run through the car wash. Thanks.”

“Originally had a reservation with Budget in Aurora, when I arrived they had no vehicle for me but their Naperville location did - for whatever reason the Budget location in Apple Maps brought me to an Enterprise.
We quickly realized that my reservation was not with Enterprise, but the manager on duty informed me that they had vehicles available. She set me up with a minivan for the same price as I intended to pay for the Camry at Budget.
The customer service and hospitality at Enterprise was a night and day difference compared to Budget. At Budget, the lone employee was unable to even provide an address for the location alleged to have a vehicle.
At this Enterprise location, on top of their excellent and hospitable customer-service skills, they were also able to clearly answer my questions and address my concerns, all with a smile.
Pick up and drop off was simple as can be. No hidden charges, the vehicle was fully functional, 99% clean upon pickup, and 100% satisfactory for our needs. They helped turn a rough morning into a positive experience, I'd be happy to use their services again.”

“I have been using this Avis for quite some time and I have had nothing but perfect car rentals.
The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Hasan, whom is a staff member, was beyond helpful and dedicated to customer service. Hasan made sure my ride was in perfect condition before I drove away by performing a couple last minute cleanups. Hasan made my trip that much better! The facility and its lots are maintained and now the facility recently received a nice remodel. The cars are typically clean and in stock if reserving ahead of time. The overnight drop off is a game changer and makes renting from here that much for convenient. The location is conveniently located among several gas stations to fill up if needed.
In all, I highly recommend this Avis for your travel needs. I will continue calling this Avis my main rental car company too!”

“Mike was awesome! He was extremely attentive and helpful. An SUV was not available, but he found me a vehicle that suited my needs with all the bells and whistles. He cleaned off the car for me as well, as it was snowing a bit. He contacted me a few days later to check my status and asked if I wanted to switch to a different car. I appreciated that and said I was content with the car I was provided. He also refunded my initial deposit in a timely manner over the phone, which put me at ease! Great customer service getting picked up at the body shop, and it was convenient being able to leave my car at the shop once i picked up my car. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!”
“This is my go to car rental spot!! Kenny always has a smile on his face and gets you in and out as quickly as possible.
I have rented here many time and am never disappointed. My only suggestion would be to get a bit more help during busy times as 1 person trying to do it all seems unfair and overburdening.
But I will continue to be a loyal customer and recommend this place to others!!”

When I need a rental vehicle, they can be counted on to provide one with no hassle and mostly reasonable policies.
I don't love the toll pass pricing. I'd prefer if they charged based on usage rather than rental days. I passed on it for my last rental and took detours rather than pay for 7 days when I'd only actually be using it on 2 of them.”

I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”

“?EDIT. So I've since talked to the on-site staff, and he was very helpful. However... the general customer service call center (the ones that your phone calls go to when the actual site staff aren't available) were unprofessional and RUDE!!!!and they will apparently just try and argue with you instead of actually helping or finding out who can help. Especially Carlos. He wouldn't even let me speak to a supervisor. He asked me why I wanted the supervisor, and then hung up on me. He was horrible. He left my mother in tears after that call. I've since talked to the supervisor. She was professional, but she needed better employees.I'm just happy that the on-site staff at both the pick-up and the drop-off locations were very nice.”
