βPurchased a Springfree trampoline and the entire process was easy. We went to the Carol Stream location, where I was able to see the trampoline and my kids were able to test it out. There was no pressure to buy and the order process was easy. It was delivered and installed quickly and efficiently.β
βZinal is the best. I have been coming here for 5 years. She closed for about 2 years and when I saw her back at Walmart I was so happy! I ONLY trust her with my eyebrows!!!β
βPrice wise it's not bad for most things. That's if you can find a price. Some of the pricing wasn't readily viewable. The atmosphere of the store was nice reminding a bit of a lodge without the wood everywhere. Now the real issue I had was outdoor.
While the store can give off a Ross vibe, my concern wasn't marketing strategy but looking for outdoor stuff. It felt hodgepodge and clustered. More like accessories than actual stuff I'd use as an avid outdoorsman. They did have a few things I liked but in comparison to bulk of this section I'd say 15%. And then as the store pushes the outdoor marketing, I felt like the pet section was bigger and had more to offer.
I think with a little more clearer organization and a aisle or three expansion in outdoors, this would be a well rounded store. As it is right now it's more of a toe dippers introduction into outdoor adventures as seen on family TV. But for what it is and reasonably priced I can see the family oriented market being satiated for a while.β
βThe smell of new tires and plastic components permeate the air! Carhart gear, transfer pumps, and cordless kits abundantly supplied! This place is heaven on earth to most country boys! Don't forget the debit card fellas cause mamas got a long list here as well!β
βMy daughter speaks very highly of this store. They have quite a variety of clothing, shoes and other items. We went right after Christmas and found it to be very limited in items, but plan to return. Reasonable prices.β

βI've been going to Little Travel for over 40 years. It is such a delightful day to browse the stores at a slow pace and sample all the goodies throughout the stores. Then The Atrium for lunch. The best part of the day. Or reserve a place for a wonderful Tea Party ?
I have found things there that no one else carries. I never want to see this little gem to close. I hope ? it will be there long after I am gone, for others to enjoy and create the very best memories ever. We, my husband and I live about 90 miles away, yet he takes me there at least once a year. He's my best friend and I'm blessed to be with him as he rolls his eyes ? while I pick out way to much knick knacks and very hard to find Mastiff Ornaments and coasters.
Nothing better ? ? βΊοΈ then being with him, maybe my mom, but so long ago.β
βThis store is EXTRAORDINARILY handicapped/disabled-friendly--what a stark contrast with the JCPenney in North Aurora! This store has made a loyal Kohl's customer out of me--the associates were extremely helpful with my pickup and even escorted me out to my car and offered to bring future pickup orders out to my car. Deeply grateful for this extraordinary level of customer service. Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield could learn something from this store.β

βClean and well organized Kohl's. I thought this Kohl's looked kind of small until I realized there is a whole second floor upstairs! We came here for the Sephora store and walked around after and was surprised to find how clean it was. Sometimes certain locations can be a little disorganized but this one was far from that. We found some decently priced clearance clothing and were checked out and out the door in just a couple of minutes, even during the busy Sunday afternoon when we visited.β

βMy partner and I have come to the Elgin location recently for all of our automotive repairs, and the staff in the auto department is phenomenal! These guys are friendly, professional, and efficient. The service manager, Alexis, helped us resolve a recent miscommunication involving our quote- he went above and beyond to get us the best possible outcome, and followed up thoroughly the whole way through. Ben has also given us honest advice, and really takes the time to communicate what is being done and following up as well. Not to mention the great prices and deals compared to ones we've been quoted elsewhere. Happy customers here!β

Iβve been shopping there since I was a kid, back when it was Marshall Fieldβs, so walking in brings back a lot of great memories β especially from high school days.
The people there are what really make the difference. I even recognized one employee from before, and the engagement was super friendly and genuine. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and clearly takes pride in what they do. The store is always well-organized, theyβre constantly restocking and straightening things up, and it makes shopping easy and enjoyable.
The clothing selection is top shelf, and we ended up buying our brand-new suits there β couldnβt be happier with the quality and service.
Thank you to everyone at Macyβs Aurora for keeping it such a great place with a great environment. You brought back some amazing memories, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism every time we shop there.β

βIβm writing this review seconds after exiting this Marshalls and I just HAD to take a second to mention their service. Tiffany, the sales associate that helped me, was the most sweet and genuine person ever. I had to wait for my friend by the register and she was so polite and even gave me a good laugh. We need more people like her! :)β

βThank you to the cashier Irena! On 2/16 I took my niece shopping and to what we thought was just a single top, Irena caught that it was a two piece set. I would have been upset if I left and found out I paid a price for two tops and only recieved one. Not only did Irena catch this, she then proceeded to find the matching second top!β
βitβs always nice to visit that store but yeah sometime if the cashier is not nice it doesnβt like it but most of the time I do got nicer people but one time he was a little rude, but itβs OK. You do get a good collection of the furniture and all kind of stuff like youβre not into your stuff and clothing stuff too.β

βExcellent service and atmosphere, generally well kept changing rooms, my only qualm is stock availability. I can almost never find 40x32 athletic Levi's, especially in black, but the quality they keep of their stock is always good.β

βGood value for money if you are looking for branded stuff here. The quality and prices for items on sale here are similar to what you would get at Burrington. Rack after rack of clothes.β
βGreat place to shop. Workers are nice. One thing that stands out is pricing. Make sure you take pics if it's on sale. It's amazing it's never the same price. Also check dairy. They don't check expired cheese, yogurts, and dairy style desserts. There were thing from June.β

βThis may be my favorite Ross in the state of IL. I was in the area temporarily, and this is the most organized, clean, & well stocked Ross I have seen on this side of the river. I would love to come back! I also appreciate the shoe section, size 8.5-9 had plenty of options. I was impressed! Employees are nice too. I should note I went in the evening on a rainy weeknight, so it wasnβt crowded.β

βFound a lot of great stuff in the clearance section for kids (girls size 4-16) and misses (sizes 0-14). They usually always have a really good, changing selection of merchandise.β
βI ABSOLUTELY love this Optical office at Targer..if you are in the Fox Valley, Elgin, St Charles, Batavia Area...pls come to this eye doctor...Dr Makoni...she is so thorough and AWESOME...took the time to listen...figured out my problem...didnt upsell me anything but gave me peace of mind and a specialist to treat my issue. The staff is also very knowledgable and super helpful! Will be good as new soon!

βNothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.β
βIt's summertime, so before leaving on my trip to Kailua-Kona Hawai'i June 27th, I had to stop by and purchase some linen and some linen blend pieces. Needed some breathable clothing.β
