“I experienced difficulty with the battery/connection for our patio umbrella purchased last year. In an effort to diagnose the problem covered by warranty, I went into the store and was initially assisted by Audrey. She attempted to find a replacement battery to test my unit. Initially, she was unable to find a test battery and she enlisted the help of Alexis and subsequently Lisa. All three of them spent well over a half an hour in an effort to help. Finally, we discovered a connection problem in the upper half of the umbrella. At no time did any of them display any signs of "hurry up" or "can't figure it out". It's not unusual to get some good service at the time of the sale, but in this case, all three went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and refer me to customer service to obtain a repair. An excellent example of service after the sale.”

“Large selection of items from swim wear to active gear. I usually come here to find some sweaters, hoodies, and light jackets. They also have shoes, and a bunch of other misc items such as pets items (shampoo, toys, treats, leashes ect), candles, snacks, and more. Honestly reminds me of TJ Maxx in a way! I found some of my favorite brand candles here for $8! I usually get Sand and FogPrices are crazy. Can't beat em. I recently purchased some Sherpa items such as a loungey top, and 2 light button up sherpa sweaters. You can find clothing items as low as $10, maybe even less depending on the sale. On average, the items I buy are about $20 a piece. You can get a pretty decent haul here.Here I have a recently purchased purple sherpa loungey top with bell sleeves for $10! So perfect for comfy chilling around the house!”

“Ive been taking all of my cars here for oil change. They always do a great job and emplpyees are always nice. Its nice when you can schedule 7 days a week. Love that they send you a reminder when your next oil change is come and due by sending you a coupon. I tell peiple all the time and not many knows that farm&fleet have auto center. I wish they can do more variety of service like trans fluid change and etc.”

“As a church administrator for a UMC, I ordered the highway signs and Joseph Scardina, the General Manager was INCREDIBLE! He sent me a draft copy for verification and he sent follow up e-mails. I placed a second order for additional signs and no only did he remember me he was extremely friendly, professional and he got our order to us well before Easter.I just had a minor emergency with palms for Palm Sunday. I placed an order with another company with a zero inventory and we do not have a need for palms after Palm Sunday. I immediately cancelled the order within 2 minutes of the order going through. I then called Joseph and again he rescued me. I have an order of palms coming. God bless Joseph and all the incredible staff at Church Supply Warehouse! I thoroughly recommend them and will go to them for future needs.”

“I have not been to Kohl’s for some time and was amazed to find the beautiful way they have changed the layout and products. We stopped into the store on Randall Road in Batavia and everything was neat and tidy, product was easy to find and the selection was different than I had witnessed since the last time I came in. I found a bed set that I needed and I had been unable to find one I liked anywhere else. The associate that helped us at the checkout, Mary Ann, was very courteous and friendly, and also so helpful with questions we had about the coupons that applied to our purchase. Her smile and assistance made the trip worthwhile and we will be back!”

“Nothing beats great customer service, products I want, and all while sipping on my Starbucks. I have never had a bad experience and we have been coming here for 10 years. Today a young man helped me out to find a product. He went above and beyond for me. He checked his scanner and found 1 left in the store. Anyone who works retail will understand that seeing one left in inventory usually means out of stock. Well he searched high and low and found the shoes in my size. He spent like 10 minutes looking. That's good customer service. Keep up the good job! We will be back as usual. We walk in needing paper towels and leave with a basket full. Happens every time.”

“Go shopping here almost daily, they just need more cashiers at peak times. The weekend before Thanksgiving they had 3 lanes open plus self checkout, absolutely not enough. Plus sense the pandemic they have not brought back 24 hour service, very disappointing, at the beginning it was because they wanted to protect there stocking staff not sure what the reason is now. Need to bring back 24 hour service.”

She was very quick, efficient, friendly and nice. I was just looking how fast she was and even if she was alone, she was able to get the entire Q-Line quickly and effectively. The other one for handicap is locked until a handicap person happens into the store and then happens to need to try on clothing, maybe they're not allowed in the other regular fitting room? However there were no handicap people around, yet one stall with a line of people waiting to try items on.Seemed quite ridiculous to only have one fitting room stall in such a large clothing store??I ended up buying the items knowing some may not fit only to return them causing wasted time and gas for me, and wasting employees time to return and restock items.For this reason, I probably won't shop for clothes here again and won't necessarily recommend clothes shopping here unless you have a lot of extra time to wait in line.”
