“I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”

Even while multitasking and helping multiple customers at once, he never once made anyone feel rushed or overlooked. Luis spent an incredible amount of time helping me through a setup that was anything but simple. I had to come in many times due to the complexity and strict requirements, and every single visit Luis was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. He never rushed me, always explained things clearly, and genuinely cared about getting everything done the right way.

“Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”

Lorenzo was really nice, polite and super thorough in explaining how to change the plan. He answered all my questions patiently.
I left with a new plan that has better benefits and costs way less!
