I’ve even called Jim while on vacation in Switzerland and within 15 seconds he solved my problem! Jim is extremely knowledgeable on the various products and services Verizon offers. He’s also a professional who take’s time to show you how to help yourself, and save a few bucks.

I had a refurbished phone and it wasnt reading my sim card correctly for over a week that i got put in it a previous time because I lost my original phone out of state. David offered phones in store and directed us to one in another store that worked better for me and my needs and put the sim card in and its worked perfectly since. David was so personable and understanding to the situation if you're reading this David keep working! We need more people like you in this business!! Train others to be like you!! Thanks david”

“I went to T-Mobile to have my new work phone activated and transfer all contacts,
my company sent me there to do this.
I arrived first thing on a Saturday, the door was opened by the associate which later I learned her name was Marium R.
I asked her if she could transfer everything and activate she said she would be able to do while I wait, we sit down at the table and she proceeded to activate and transfered all the info, while doing that, she was very friendly talkative and very nice once everything was done, I asked if she could also setup my call forwarding, she said no problem and it was done i need to add that I bought a case and a screen protector which she installed for me. Marium was awesome , very professional , very friendly , and a real joy to talk with. Because of this service that I received from her I will be opening a T-Mobile account when it's time, the provider I use for my personal phone now for 5-7 years has Never provided, last year I went in to buy a new phone all they did was activate with my same number and gave me instructions on how to do it all myself which took me two days, Never Again will I ever use them. All Thanks goes to the service I received from Marium last

“Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”
“After a frustrating couple of hours due to there being zero customer service when you call Comcast/Xfinity or use xfinity assistant I was ready to cancel my service. I went into the store to return my modem. Taylor greeted me right away and was able to help me out. What Taylor did for me helped me out. I was able to go home and complete the set-up for my new Gateway modem. Thanks Taylor, for being so friendly and helpful.”

“My experience today with this store was awesome! I’ve recently had some operations so walk with a cane. I had three pieces of Comcast equipment to return which was pretty heavy in a large bag. They saw me approaching the store and literally ran to open both entrance doors for me. They took the bag and offered me to just sit and they would take care of everything which they quickly did, informed me I was given credit for each and gave me a receipt. GREAT Store! 5 Stars!”
