“Good morning
Yesterday we visited two locations … at the first one we had an unpleasant experience so we left, still wanted to purchase a mattress we decided to try another location. The second location we met Roger, totally different personality, pleasant, no pressure, helpful and respectful.
Needless to say I purchase the mattress I wanted .
Thank you for hiring Roger…. Also I wish no harm to the other sales person, but maybe additional training on how to teach customer.

“Went in looking to try some of the mattresses I've seen online. Patrick and Parker(i think) both helped on my multiple visits and eventually I settled on a bear mattress and an adjustable base. Patrick allowed me to have it delivered there as I was moving and even helped load it up when I picked it up. 10 days in and having great sleep. Thanks!”
