I came in with a broken iPhone 16 Pro Max 1TB that I’d paid for outright a month ago elsewhere (no insurance), and I was honestly incredibly stressed and on edge. Dan went above and beyond, staying past closing hours to work through the situation with me, explaining policies, and exchanging great tips and info about their services! I ended up walking out with a working 17 Pro Max (insured this time lol). His patience and dedication to helping a customer in a tough spot were top-tier. “went in there today, 11/19/25 around 5 or 6pm. nice lady with black hair helped me get my new apple air all situated. it was a headache transferring the number but she had it under control more than me lol
it was a pleasent experience, no pressure. while we were there a customer called about getting a 1tb iphone for there kid or something. just found it funny, the employee who answered said what i would have - 1tb means theres a problem elsewhere!

“Let me just say I’m not a person that usually leaves reviews, but I had to take the time to compliment the above and beyond service that a rep called Ronaldo B. Aka Rony provided me with. Man this rep helped me so much with all the issues I had as a new customer with TMobile. I had previously gone to get 3 new phones at this other location in Waukegan, the one located in front of target. Let me tell you they lied to me all around and screwed me over with everything. So decided to go to different location @ Fountain square in Waukegan IL, and Rony on the other hand took the time to assist me with all my issues and fixing everything that the other location had screwed up bad. Don’t have the words to express how thankful I am Rony. When I went back second time I could already see how many people waited patiently just to get helped by him. “10/10 for sure!! The man running the place (SAM) is so kind and has such great customer service! The store had alot more inside than I thought. Clean and well kept. I had something stollen from me and it ended up being pawned off at this store. I didn't want to get cops involved. I just wanted the item back. The owner went completely out of his way to accommodate my needs. He could of sold it and made way more money. Instead, he was able to hold on to it for a few weeks and even gave me a deal. Such a kind soul. Nice family business. I wish there were more people in the world like him... I'm 100% not even joking!! Highly recommended!!”
