But I also experienced today that kindness and care exceeds the four walls of the bank. Renae who is a CSR in Franklin saw that I needed some help at a gas station and without hesitation provided me help. This is how businesses and people were when I was growing up and it is far and few between these days. So I wanted the upper echelon at Horizon to know they have an outstanding ambassador working for them . And I wanted to thank Renae again. Horizon is a TOP NOTCH bank and anyone will be more than satisfied to be a customer of them.”

This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. “This a branch of my bank I have not been inside of yet until today. This is one of their newer branches. The vaulted ceiling showing in my posted photo will be similar to newly rebuilt Mooresville branch when it reopens this summer. I like these huge vaulted ceilings. They give the inside of the building a feeling of being outside while still being protected from the elements. Today was just an ordinary stop for an ordinary transaction. I found no waiting for a teller, friendly service and the usual efficient fast service. Parking was no issue and there were multiple drive through lanes in the rear of the building.”
