“I absolutely love my new apartment community! From the very first tour, Zack made me and my children feel beyond welcomed. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, and instantly made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision.
Matt, the leasing agent, has been amazing as well. He always responds quickly and is able to answer all of my questions with clarity and professionalism.
On move-in day, Erin, the office manager, was the only one in the office, as everyone else was out sick… she was wearing multiple hats that morning and she handled everything flawlessly. She is so personable, warm, and genuinely kind. She made me feel and my teen feel right at home from day one. It also felt like someone who you’ve met and felt like you’ve know for years lol!
Since moving in, everything has been clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The community is peaceful and organized, and you can truly tell that the staff cares about their residents and takes pride in where they live. Also, several of the staff lives on premises that to me says a lot about a property!
The entire office team is incredible. The office manager, assistant manager, and leasing agent are all friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, they’ve gone above and beyond to help.
One thing that really stood out to me was during the recent snowstorm. Maintenance responded immediately by clearing the parking lots, walkways, and especially the bus stops for the kids. That level of care and attention meant so much to me as a parent.
This community is safe, clean, and well run. The staff makes you feel valued, not just like another tenant. There truly is no better place I’d rather call home. I am so grateful to live here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a supportive, welcoming, and family-friendly place to live. My children and I love it here… only thing that would make it better is a basketball court and more parking lol ?! No but, I wish we would’ve moved here sooner!”

“No garbage disposal and an old complex but remodeled with new nice appliances and app use only thermostat that's all digital. Old parkong lot with pot holes and cracks and some places no parking lines. Decent price for the dog park and small pool that's out of service most of the time. Required valet garbage pickup. Optional low end washer and dryer that works on only Heavy load setting it seems.?? Poor drainage in my building in the tub in the 1 room 1 bath unit. Need floor lamps in 2 rooms. Nice workers at the leasing office and good quick maintenance orders done.”

“I have lived here for a few months now and I love it! The one thing that stands out to me is the maintenance crew, specifically Rafael who works with the maintenance team, and the front office. They have done an amazing job since I’ve moved in at keeping me updated and fixing issues that I may I run into. The apartment itself is also beautiful and comes with an amazing view! Everyone that lives around me seems to be nice and respectful. I’m truly grateful to have the opportunity to live here!”
“Lived here for a year and needless to say this has been my fav apartment ever! The door and windows feel so secured, and I’ve never had any troubles with mails or packages. The management and service team were also awesome, I’ve really good experience with them regarding maintenance request and move in/out procedures. Lovely neighborhood as well, with lots of a nice restaurents & cafes. Would definitely recommend!”
“It’s been about a week since we moved in, and so far everything has been great. Jess has been incredibly responsive to our calls, texts, and emails—both before and after the move. We had a maintenance request on move-in day, and it was handled right away. The amenities also seem to be regularly and well-maintained. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience so far.”
“I’m in my second year at Indy7925, and while there are pros and cons like anywhere, nothing drastic so far. The office staff is friendly, understanding, and respectful. The maintenance team is courteous, efficient, and responds within a reasonable time, depending on their workload. Indy7925 does a great job maintaining the landscaping year-round and manages the trash/dumpsters as best as possible—because, let’s be honest, there will always be those folks who overfill the bins! Overall, I’m satisfied and would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re moving and looking for a great place to call home.”

“I lived at the Marott for three years and overall it was a quality downtown apartment. I was on the 10th floor with a 1BD 1BA. The on-site facilities like the gym, pool, gated parking (the fob sometimes didn't work on the back gate) and 24 hour concierge were a great resource to have. It's location makes it very easy to get anywhere downtown within 15 minutes and it is walking distance from places of interest within the Fall Creek area.The reason I moved was due to constant noise from being downtown from sirens and loud cars coming on Fall Creek throughout the night as well as no washer and dryer in your unit. You get great views on the upper floors but it is a trade-off too cold Winters with the aluminum windows that have bad seals. It is a small apartment for the price you pay, but it's a trade- off the for location.Its a good option for a downtown apartment for students or young professionals.”
“I love the Ave! The managers Amanda and Alejandro are fantastic. They truly care for their residents and are always working on improving the apartments. They recently repainted the hallways,gym, and always looking to improve. 10/10 recommend!”

Yes.other than that, what I'm getting for what I pay is fair. My apartment is clean, I have air. And I feel safe. Management always addresses my concerns in a timely manner.There's even an app that we use to communicate which is really helpful.You have to know what you're getting before you get here and either you like it, or you don't. If you don't like.
It don't sign elise. You can expect boardwalk treatment if you don't live on boardwalk.”

“I’ve had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-run apartment in a great location. The historic building has modern interiors, everything is clean and well-maintained, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. It’s in a prime spot—walking distance to Mass Ave and downtown, but still quiet and private.
The staff here really makes the difference. Victoria (heads up leasing in the office) has been outstanding—she is professional, reliable, thoughtful, and always on top of things. She made the move-in process stress free and simple, and she continues to be a reliable point of contact and a very helpful, steady presence for residents.
The building and maintenance team are just as impressive—always friendly, responsive, and willing to go way above and beyond for the residents. Both Nate and Sam have each gone far beyond a routine maintenance visit to help me at various times. They care about the community and the residents. In my experience, it’s been a great well-managed place to live.”
“I absolutely love the staff within the office. They’re always on top of everything that is needed and required of them. I’ve been here for going on 3 years and I’ve had not one issue with them nor any one that lives here. It’s a very quiet place and peaceful community to live. During holidays the tenants are always offered to come into the office for get togethers or something fun. If I could provide more than 5 stars I most definitely would.”

Yes, lot rent goes up, just like everywhere else. That's inflation for you. Hopefully the outrageous inflation will stop soon”
“I have lived here for 7.5 yrs and it's not bad. The new maintenance staff is getting better with response times. My rent only increased twice before I transferred to a bigger apt in November. I only had an issue with a manager once a few yrs ago but he wasn't there long. My only complaint right now is 1 of my neighbors are very loud and they have no regard for anyone else when playing music. It has been brought to their attention. 1 of my downstairs neighbors just let their dogs roam inside the hall unsupervised until they start whining. I'll be probably be here until I buy a house. I've never had a roach problem & only had ants once in my old unit maybe year 3 & they had an exterminator out fast.UPDATE April 2023: I've now been in this complex almost 11.5 yrs. I'm not really feeling these increases the last couple years but they're more affordable than pretty much anywhere else.”
“Things are getting done at the Millikan! For a while nothing was repaired, but that has changed. Kudos to Reggie (asst prop mgr) and Aaron (maintenance), who are always ready to listen to any issues that might crop up. Requests are usually completed by day's end, with an email to let you know. I have lived here 9 years and this is the most responsive people have been since Carlos!”

She quickly got to know me and even showed me a floor plan I hadn’t considered that ended up being the perfect fit. She made the entire approval process smooth and seamless. “I have only been here a week, but the office staff could not have been more friendly. Amy made me feel right at home. I love my 1 bedroom. It is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is smaller, but well laid out. The dining area is bigger than what I expected, but the part that had me excited and seeking out is the huge closet that opens from the bathroom and the bed room. It looks like a little bedroom!
Overall, I am happy to be here and hope to be for years to come!”

“For what it is, Willow Glen South is a solid place to live. Its not perfect, but when your income is modest you have to be realistic about what your options are. My biggest complaints were that the laundry facilities are closed on the weekends (which is about the only time people have to do laundry), and they got rid of the drop box for rent checks which means you have to be able drop off your check during business hours or pay a fee to pay rent online. Other than that I have had no major issues (that aren't just standard symptoms of apartment living anywhere), and I would live here a second time if I ever relocated back to the area.”
