I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and was extremely upset and overwhelmed. When I called, Andrea answered with such genuine kindness and calmness. From the very first moment, she made me feel reassured and taken care of. She went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she work quickly to get me back on the road, but she also gave me a higher-quality tire at a price I could actually afford. She didn’t have to do that, but she truly cared about my safety and my situation. It was clear she wasn’t just doing her job — she was looking out for me as a person. “I needed a part taken off of our 20 year old truck, and I could not get it off. It was broke and I bought the replacement part. I took it to one place and they wanted to charge me $125.00. I said okay and made the appt, but they could not do it until next week.
Then I stopped by another place to see if they could do it. The guy said that they were too busy and they could not spare anyone to take it off for me.
I then went to Caliber Collision. I spoke with a guy and he was so nice. I showed him what I needed taken off. He said that he could do it for me and if I had the new part they could put it on. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said nothing!
I always like to get at least 3 quotes, and I'm glad I did! They ended up cutting the bolts off because it could not be taken off by hand.
Thank you Caliber Collision for helping a girl out! You guys are awesome! I appreciate the great customer service and you removing the part for me right away.

“Jason did an outstanding job installing PPF on my 2024 Nissan Armada. From start to finish, he was professional, detail-oriented, and quick — the turnaround time was faster than expected without cutting corners.
What really impressed me was how he went above and beyond. He added extra protection in high-impact areas that weren’t even part of the original quote, just to make sure the job was done right. That kind of care is rare these days.
Since the install, I’ve taken two long road trips to Florida and back, and the PPF still looks flawless — no chips, no issues. The film is practically invisible and perfectly installed.

“Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”
“Everyone was very helpful and the service was topnotch from the front desk to the estimator. They did an excellent job on my bumper repair, which was an insurance job due to the fault of other insured party. They were also very communicative on the process of the repair with daily text updates. I turned in my car on Monday and it was done on Thursday. It was a very easy seamless process. They took care of arrangements for the rental car pickups and drop offs as well. Every person was very nice! I would highly recommend Gerber Collision Westfield.”

“Stopped in today to fill tires for cold weather and couldnt get one tire to take air. Manager came out and tried to help. Suspected bad valve and sinc ethey were busy said 2+ hour wait. About 20 minutes later he comes over and says yep -bad valve. we replaced it and you good to go. Asked for price - no charge. This is why we always go to Belle Tire. They know how to earn customers loyalty. Kudos to the team at Westfield Belle Tire!”

Last week, I noticed a large crack in my windshield that seemed to appear out of nowhere. I wasn’t sure if it was from heat expansion or the weather changing, but I knew it needed to be fixed. My insurance company had SafeLite on their list of recommended providers, and my sister also mentioned them, so I decided to schedule an appointment.
The first appointment was rescheduled due to bad weather, which was understandable. On the day of service, the technicians arrived right on time. They explained what they were going to do, I handed them my keys, and about an hour later the job was done. They walked me through the post-care instructions, and that was it—no hassle, no frustration, no mess.
