“Very nice customer service but I’m leaving a review because of the condition in which I picked my car up. Someone backed into my car so brought it in to be fixed, I expected them to fixed the small area and be done. They also rotated my tires and detailed the inside of my car which desperately needed it. So grateful for the hard work they do here. Definitely will recommend people here!!”

“After having multiple bad experiences with performance collision down the road, I decided to take my car to caliber for the first time. I was pretty severely sideswiped and needed my whole door replaced and multiple other repairs. Steward was awesome. I told him that I was paying for my rental car out-of-pocket so he made my vehicle a priority and kept in consistent communication with me! my car was miraculously finished in less than 2 weeks and everything seems to be in great order. they even detail cleaned the interior of my car! thank you so much to the team here and i would 100% recommend!”

“Josh is very knowledgeable and professional. My car has ceramic rotors, which require special care and certain materials to be avoided, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He also made sure the team handled everything correctly.
I purchased new tires through them, and less than a month later, one of the tires hit a curb. Josh helped me get it covered through the manufacturer warranty, even though I had not purchased Belle Tire’s warranty.
The service was excellent, and the team is top-notch. Highly recommended.”

“Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”

She is attentive and very understanding of being in a situation where you may not have your vehicle because of a tire issue.
