“After an accident, I needed to go to enterprise to get a rental wow I’ve never had a Rental and they made it extremely pleasant. They went out of their way to make sure they got me the vehicle that I needed and when it was all done, they even gave me an Uber paid by enterprise to get back home. The staff upfront was outstanding, friendly and professional, and my car was very clean and smelled fresh so the guys in the back did a fabulous job.
Would highly recommend enterprise in Merrillville, Indiana I don’t say this much about any companies, but this place is the best”

“I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful and cared about my needs and concerns. The 2nd day I had my rental (2024 VW GTI), I got a low coolant alarm. It was the very end of the day and Enterprise was closed. So I drove it the the nearest VW dealership, purchased a gallon of coolant and topped it off myself. I let Enterprise know of the alarm. After 14 days of renting, the coolant level remained unchanged, so unsure as to why the level was low. The staff at Enterprise made sure I was reimbursed. Excellent service, friendly staff and awesome car. I will be choosing Enterprise as my car rental company from here on out.”
