Went here hoping to grab some cash for a local store that only accepts cash, this bank has no ATM, and according to an employee only their downtown Indy location has one (around here.) All th staff was extremely friendly, I was greeted by several employees as I entered. They were also helpful in guiding me to the nearest ATMs.”

“I've been banking at this location since I bought a house in the area. The offer a fee free checking account that I use along with savings and HSA. Though I just opened my HSA last year and got a notice this year they would be selling it off to another company which is kind of annoying but nothing serious. The staff there has always been friendly to me. Any issues I may have had were resolved promptly. Their phone app is fairly easy and intuitive to use.
If I had to be critical at this point - I wish it was easier to get to on my bike. The location on shadeland is a bit nerve racking on two wheels. I hate driving my car there as it's just a few blocks away from my house and it's a water of gas but that's nit picking at this point.
If my experiences with them change I will likely come back and edit this post but for the last 4 or 5 years they have been fine.”

“Readilly took care of a hand rolled roll of quarters being short by $1.00. I always check all the rolls of quarters before I leave the building. Several times the hand rolled ones have been short or had Canadian quarters in them. Washing machines and dryers in my apt. building will not accept Canadian coins. Bank tellers have always made good on the rolls.”
“I've been with this bank for at least 5 years plus,never had a problem with the bank or the people that worked their, its not the bank or peoples its you that's having a difficult day and things not going your way,then you try to force the fix it real quick on the place or peoples you come in contact with.then comes the negatively.”

“I’ve been with this credit union for many years.I moved to another side of town but kept them.I use a nearby credit union for deposits & withdrawls. They text me if there seems to be a fraud alert to let me say yes or no to a charge. I have no issues on this side. My gripe is... I can’t connect my family horizon bank accts on accounting softwares to download my transactions NOR can I connect to finance budget apps because they don’t partner with third partyPLAID as all the others do and they block MINT as I tried that too. Their own platform for tracking expenses is HIGHLY GENERIC! As an accountant I am frustrated! I can’t attach my banking anywhere else which simplifies my life because they don’t allow it.I don’t WANT to move my accounts from FHCU but I’m very tempted for this reason.”

“The 56th St. branch near Post Rd. has always been helpful and friendly. Dusti, the current branch manager, is the best. I was having a credit card issue while trying to purchase a round trip ticket that included a foreign airline. A simple phone call to Kim increased my debit card limit for the day and allowed me to buy the last seat on the flight I needed. And then, in about 10 minutes, Dusti had me approved for a credit card from Star to prevent this problem from happening in the future. And, as always, they have tellers available until 7pm Monday-Saturday. Absolutely convenient.”
