“The manager, Anthony, was fantastic. I was having troubles with a different branch dealing with my deceased father’s account prior to switching to this location. The other branch was unorganized and had poor communication. Anthony and his team had great communication and helped me process my requests quickly. The staff were very friendly each time I visited.”

“This a branch of my bank I have not been inside of yet until today. This is one of their newer branches. The vaulted ceiling showing in my posted photo will be similar to newly rebuilt Mooresville branch when it reopens this summer. I like these huge vaulted ceilings. They give the inside of the building a feeling of being outside while still being protected from the elements. Today was just an ordinary stop for an ordinary transaction. I found no waiting for a teller, friendly service and the usual efficient fast service. Parking was no issue and there were multiple drive through lanes in the rear of the building.”

Was able to order foreign currency (British Pounds £) in the afternoon on a Monday and was told it would take 3 business days and may not be available for pick up until Thursday. I recieved a call Tuesday late afternoon letting me know that my Pounds (£) were available for pick up!”

I have tried different banks, but they have been fairly consistent regarding my various banking needs.This location is fairly close to where I live, which is convenient and the personnel are always pleasant, quick and efficient when I need to handle any business.
