“Alot of sales. I bought my granddaughter alot of clothing for school. And when I got to checkout I realized the coupon i had for 30% off was expired, I was supposed to go 2 weeks prior but that big storm hit and all the damage and power outage, so they gave it to me anyway. That was so nice of them. My granddaughter is happy!”

“Went into the store for the Thanksgiving sale. Went for some items that were advertised in a circular for their sale starting on Thanksgiving and continuing through Black Friday. Unfortunately, some of the items that were Advertised that were going on sale Thanksgiving day were in short supply. For instance, there were license children’s pajamas listed, but they only had two different selections of License character, pajamas, to choose from.(I got there before the doors open that day, so the selections weren’t sold out). That being said, they did have plenty of other things that I came for they were on sale. Prices were very reasonable and quality was good. The store was a little crowded with merchandise, but that’s to be expected around The holidays. All the employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. It’s not a giant store, but does have an It’s not a giant store, but does have a little bit of everything.All in all a nice store to get great deals.”

“I just went to Sephora at the Kolh's at southlake mall in Hobart and Riley was so helpful and treated me so kindly. She was able to retrieve numbers on my gift card that I could not see. The staff at that store was superb!!! Thank you so much! I will certainly be back to shop here! Bravo! And thank you again.”

“I went in the Family Dollar/Dollar General across from the old Edison School. I usually only come here for emergencies. This particular day, there was a young lady at the register, and she was so nice and customer friendly. I watched her with the customers. She was the same with everyone. It was the type of energy that spreads. Her vibe was happy!! When I got to the register, I told her not to change her energy, because it's rare you find happy people these days, especially in customer service. Normally when you go in the store, there is so much unprofessionalism. Boxes all in the aisles. No one says that you cannot have fun at work, but it is a business. Just be aware of your surroundings regarding your customers. We all know it is "the hood" store, but sadly that's an excuse. We want stores that we feel comfortable and proud to shop in without having to drive a country mile to get that. Corporate also needs to fix their stocking issue, because it's clearly an issue at all of their stores. Go ahead and spend the money and hire a midnight crew for stocking so your customers don't have to maneuver around boxes in the day time, which is a safety issue and trip hazard. You should also hire a crew to unload the trucks on delivery day. The day the truck comes doesn't change. This will help to change the cleanliness of the store during the day and require less re-stocking so your employees can be available to your customers improving customer service. Just an opinion.”

“There was a gentleman in the electronics department that I learned from speaking with, whom is contracted to Walmart through a company called, OSL. I really appreciated the customer service that he displayed‼️
As I was preparing to leave the store, I realized that I needed some more things & literally walked into an employee by the name of Desi (Desiree) W. who exhibited such hospitality & great customer service that I literally stopped my busy day to find a manager to speak on it!

And last but, certainly not least @ self check out‼️? Thank God you have an associate there to assist your customers.

“The cart guy Steven was very helpful. He saw that I purchased a big screen tv and asked if I needed help taking it out to my car. Which I did, and was actually dreading putting away myself.
