“A few friends and myself visited this place recently and while the place was really nice and we enjoyed the vibe and the message they bring, I would say we were all disappointed with the mystery book items. These were books wrapped in paper with drawings to give you clues as to what it is. They, I believe, were 8/9$ a piece…well they left the original price on the book which was 5$. Kind of felt a little duped. But would still recommend a visit.”

“Today was my first in person meeting since Covid happened. I am new to the area and not a big AA person myself. Although I just went though the training to be an addiction peer support specialist. So I went outside of my comfort zone and did something different with a lady I met in class and it was quite lovely. I went to the women’s meeting and they were very welcoming and even gave me my 6 year coin on the first day they met me. I hope to go again in the future if my schedule will allow it!Thank you to the ladies who were there today!”

A Little Time‑Travel at the Playhouse
Stepping into this Playhouse felt like stepping straight into a well‑kept memory. The place carries its history proudly — the kind of building that doesn’t just hold a performance, it holds stories.
My husband and I found our seats in the balcony, first row center — perfect view, perfect atmosphere. Before the play even began, we ended up sharing a moment that felt like it belonged in a scrapbook from decades ago.
The gentleman next to us leaned over and said, almost conspiratorially, that this very Playhouse used to be a movie theater. He and his brother would always race to sit exactly where we were sitting that night. Why?
Because these were the prime seats for tossing popcorn over the balcony.
I swear, you could almost see the ghost of his younger self grinning behind him.
And then — as if the universe wanted to join the joke — the play served popcorn.
Real, buttery, ready‑to‑launch popcorn.
So naturally, I asked him if he wanted to relive a little mischief from his childhood. I even volunteered to be his partner in crime. We all burst out laughing, imagining the scandal we’d cause. Don’t worry — we behaved. No popcorn was harmed or airborne in the making of this memory.
But that silly, unexpected moment set the tone for the whole night: warm, nostalgic, and full of the kind of charm you only get in places that have lived a long, colorful life.”

It is crowded and loud. Cats and dogs everywhere. Just watch the floor because animals are nervous and have accidents.”

“Very cool space and museum! All the items inside have been donated to the museum to represent our diverse communities here in Indianapolis. This is also a meeting space and much more. We were here attending a dinner thanking volunteers with Global Gifts. Global gifts has a location right here inside the museum. Such a cool spot and I noticed that tomorrow, April 23, they are hosting an African Unity festival. Something always going on and surely worth a visit. Another interesting note is that 130 countries are represented in the area around 38th to 42 Lafayette and Georgetown road. They have a Passport book available illustrating the restaurants and discounts.”
“They were very friendly and nice. They helped me get my membership. That did not take very long. This facility is very clean. Each time you use a machine, you have to clean the machine after. They have lots of fitness classes. They have lots of equipment. A basketball court, outdoor track, bit not an inside track. The inside track is at the downtown facility. That's fine, because I can walk on the treadmills. I would recommend this place.”

“This is an excellent facility. I came here to purchase some items from the Girl Scout store and ended up taking a tour. The facility is updated and very clean. In addition to the store, which carries all your girl scout needs, they have meeting rooms, a game room, administrative offices and a lounge. They also have a very nice patio area out front and a decent sized parking lot.The store has all your Girl Scout needs from official uniform clothing, to badges, to patches, and some toys.I was greeted immediately when I came in. I told them what I was looking for and the woman working got all the pieces of the uniform together for me. They made it very easy. They all were very helpful and knowledgeable about the program. I really like this facility and hope that my daughter's troop will be able to incorporate this place into their program and maybe even go camping or earn some badges here. This place is well planned out and put together. Every scout should have the opportunity to go there at some point.”

This review is for you if you are interested in the music production course, not the DJ course. I finished the course and will be continuing to work with my teacher (Lonegevity) as a mentor.
If you love music & want to produce, this course will take you from knowing/having nothing, to being able to fully create & distribute wherever you’d like in a relatively short period of time.
List of some parts of the course -
-Create beats (melodies, chords, drums, etc)
-Set up music distribution platforms
-Structure songs
-Remix songs
-Learn production hardware & software
-See differences of styles of producing between genres
-Mixing & mastering basics
-Music theory basics
-Release music you create
-Set up structure to collect royalties from your creations
This course is basically a cheat code to fast tracking yourself into whatever you’d like to do with music, the teachers give you all the knowledge & tools they have built over years and give you a cutting edge experience to get you going.
Computers, hardware & software are all provided onsite so that you can do everything in class.
Classes are broken into 6 week sections you pay for at a time so that you can try it out/if life happens you can stop for a bit, so if you’re interested in trying it out give it a go!
