“Jesus helped me and my friend get new phones we had AT&T ( ace to t- mobile) i haven't had service in months and basically was at my wits end and desperate for a new phone and service rhat actually worked ,jesus was BEYOND knowledgeable, friendly and knew all the answers to my questions it was a expectional interaction with exchanging my old phone to the new one i recommend everyone to this location but especially Jesus for your customer service needs 5 + stars”

He efficiently resolved my issue, and I ended up making a purchase. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes! Such a smooth and pleasant experience. “Jaylen laster only took a few minutes trying to resolve sim card issue. They answered every question with professionalism and even when I walked out without any purchase at all they were friendly. This is the only store I will use in Indianapolis. The staff is really outstanding. Really Satisfied and also thanks to Jaylen and his friends.”

“This team is really helpful. I wrecked my phone on my way to catch a flight to Indy from Denver and it ruined my day. Zion was really helpful when I wanted a Pixel phone but had no means to find out what store I could find one at. I had to wait for a ride and felt very welcomed. Overall really impressed with the customer service.”
“Alex at the 86th street store is AWESOME! He went above and beyond trying to get our address fixed in the system. Got internet and tv but ended up canceling the tv service the next day because it was crazy slow and don't like the guide. Went back to YouTube tv but kept xfinity internet. Give the guy a raise, he's great on customer service! Downright good human too, he was feeding the homeless on Christmas day.”

“I had an excellent experience at the castleton location. I order wifi off their website and said my order would be ready in 2 hrs. It was barely an hr before I got a txt saying to head to the store. It was a little busy but they worked fast and I didn't have to wait long. The employee was nice and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend”

“We went into Verizon today to switch carriers and go to Verizon. Jeremiah greeted us as soon as we entered the store and was very willing to help us and answer any questions we had. Jeremiah did very well about explaining everything to us and the different plans, phones, etc. We even had to deal with xfinity taking awhile for a transfer pin and he never once seemed annoyed or anything at all! He explained everything so well and we are more than pleased with the experience! We will always come back to this location & we are more than happy to be with Verizon now and thank Jeremiah for making the experience easy and enjoyable and for answering all of the questions for us!!”
