“I would like to take a moment to say thank you to the AIM family.
We had a very large show in Indianapolis this last week.
We had many challenges to overcome for this show. The first was.
A loading dock that we could not get a 53’ trailer into.
Lucky for us AIM has a location just 2 miles south of downtown.
We were able to get a box truck form the rental department and make this all happen.
The next challenge was one of our sub venders needed to park a box truck for the show run.
Again, the Indy crew helped us out and we were given a place to park this truck.
The hits just kept coming at us as we had a repair that was needed on unit # 115119.
The staff got my driver in and out in record time. As we started to load the show out.
Again, I needed room to cross load the gear into a trailer. Not a problem as the staff
again, made sure we had room to make this happen. In all this running around my rental car had a low tire.
AIM staff to my recuse again. Putting air in my tire so I was good to go.
I am so happy and impressed with the Aim family. I was not known to this location.
I am just some Guy asking for help and favors. Every time I asked for help the Indy staff stepped up.
I am proud to say that Aim National Lease is our partner.

“Such amazing customer service, I called needing a last minute truck to get my things from another state & had limited funds. I called and spoke with AJ and explained the situation and he looked at different options and found one that worked with my budget with unlimited mileage. They had a truck ready for me in under 30 minutes after calling. Was able to leave my vehicle overnight and felt comfortable in doing so. Jaime was working when I dropped off the truck and he made the drop off very smooth. The truck I was driving had cruise control which made it very good on gas mileage and a back up camera on the rear view mirror which made backing up easier. Overall the best experience I’ve had with a rental truck company.

“I came in to have hitch removed and new installed. Owen was great. He was done in less then a hour. Also only charged me 247.00 I was quoted 600.00 from trivets trailer and hitch. Also came with lifetime warranty for any reason I will recommend Owen to anyone who needs hitch installed”
“Went to get my get my driverside fixed. They were super nice, helpful and very welcoming. Sometimes you go in for a repair and you get the feeling your bothering them, not this place at all! The older gentleman that helped with repair was very pleasant and engaging, they had me out in less than 30mins. I'll drive a little longer to come here for sure! Also, super close to 70 as well.”

“Was a seamless rental with Elizabeth & her knowledge of the business. We were going to rent a small trailer but could not get one of the lights to work due to issues with our truck trailer wiring & she felt so bad we could not complete the rental but before pulling away, decided to rent a truck & so glad we did as we could not have completed out move of the big items without a ramp. I would recommend this UHaul location.”

However, the office manager was really personable and the rental went smoothly. They have plenty of size options and our truck was clean.”

“Our company kept this storage unit for over 10 years. Great spot for storage with easy in and out, helpful support, and plenty of space for our needs. Nearby dollies and bathroom were a plus. Definitely an ideal spot for storage needs.”
“Owen did a great job installing a trailer hitch on our vehicle. We took our vehicle to the Castleton location first (just because it was closest to us), but they refused to install the hitch because they said the bolt holes were rusted. My dad looked himself, and spent at most 20 minutes with a wire brush and WD-40 and the holes worked fine (clearly the Castleton location was just too lazy to do the work themselves). We let Owen know we had cleaned the bolt holes and he shouldn't have any trouble, and he thanked us and told us he would have done that anyway. We could tell he did his homework, as he updated our online order with parts that would work best for our vehicle, which actually ended up saving us money in the end! We really appreciated his hard work!”

“Parking can be confusing if you aren't a local, but check-in and out is easy and painless. The after hours drop-off makes it simple. Had a 10ft. truck for the day for under $60 and accidently left some belongings in the cab. Called first thing in the morning and they had removed them from the truck and secured them for me.
