“Excellent Staff from store Owner all the way down to Customer Service reps every single worker in this Store cares about the people of Louisville and each other I also happen to be a Mailbox owner specifically with this store from day 1 every staff member made sure I was who I was at first and then once they started to get used to who I was they greet me by name and we have small conversation while they check to see if I have any packages or mail. I give praise to everyone who works there I can't single anyone specifically out on who does a good job because they all do a great job. the franchise owner knows how to run a excellent store for sure as hands down 5 stars from me great job Store 5354. “Bruce went above and beyond for me today when I was in a pinch and not only needed a document printed, bound, and packaged up within the hour, but also had to ask to make a few on-the-fly adjustments to the document. He seriously went way beyond what was required of him and really helped me get my project completed in time to meet a deadline. help me and make sure I got everything I needed. A lot of times you meet stores like this that are so rigid and can’t accommodate any one-off requests, but this store gave me top notch service!!”

“I ordered an expensive wallet for my son for Christmas. When tracking it, I noticed it stayed in Louisville's post office for two days and didn't move. I was worried that since it was a small package, it might have gotten lost in the millions of other packages. I called the USPS which led me through a very straight forward automated experience to file an inquiry. Within the hour a nice lady called me and said she was sure the package wasn't lost and that the USPS is literally working around the clock to be sure packages arrived on time for Christmas. She didn't make me feel obnoxious for filing an inquiry during Christmas time like she could have. Not only that, but she was right. The wallet got delivered within the next few days AND she called me to make sure I received it at 1:10pm when it was delivered. A lot of times the USPS does not receive the credit they're due. They work hard and I can't imagine the chaos they have to endure during the holidays (and all other times of year).. I was extremely impressed with the process and I appreciated the extra step that was taken to make sure I received what I paid for.”
