“I was trying to return an Amazon package. The Amazon site told me to go to Sephora. The person there looked at me like I had three heads and I tried Staples and that didn’t work. Then I went to UPS and they knew exactly what to do. There was a young man there who waited on me who was fantastic. I am very grateful.”
“The team at this store is always extremely kind and always willing to help with a smile. I arrived with a large and very special package and the team worked together to ensure my package would arrive at its location safely and securely. They worked really well together and were even training someone in the process. Management was around to ensure all customers were taken care of in a timely manner and that the newer employee felt confident with the tasks being performed, he was even taking notes! Impressive! I don’t live near this location but I enjoy visiting because of the staff.”

“Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She went above and beyond for me several times while I was exhibiting at a conference in the hotel. When the monitor I ordered arrived in a damaged box, she sourced a sturdy replacement that was ready when I needed it. When the sign I ordered did not arrive, she immediately offered to create a new one so I didn't miss a beat. The world needs more people like her. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! I'd give more stars if I could.”

“Excellent Staff from store Owner all the way down to Customer Service reps every single worker in this Store cares about the people of Louisville and each other I also happen to be a Mailbox owner specifically with this store from day 1 every staff member made sure I was who I was at first and then once they started to get used to who I was they greet me by name and we have small conversation while they check to see if I have any packages or mail. I give praise to everyone who works there I can't single anyone specifically out on who does a good job because they all do a great job. the franchise owner knows how to run a excellent store for sure as hands down 5 stars from me great job Store 5354.
