I recently upgraded my phone & watch at a different Verizon location…which let’s just say was the complete opposite experience. After much frustration I decided to go online to seek out the top rated Verizon store and read the reviews for this store…Fishers…and the reason seemed to be Chris from all the rave reviews of his amazing service. So, I thought that’s what I need…amazing service! Not only did Chris resolve both issues; but also, he was very polite greeting me with a smile, a hello…and held the door open when I left. “I took my mother into the to get help with her phone she has been there a couple days before when we walked in my mother told the lady my phone is messed up again she ( Becky). Looked at my 83 year old mother and said I told you Monday what to do if it done that again.i told Becky my mother is 83 year old she can't remember that she had the nerve to say then she won't have a working phone I'm so my ad and upset I'm so glad my mother's hearing is bad so mom don't hear what Becky was saying .. “Maurice is incredible. I came in with my mom who desperately needed a new phone but she was on the fence about spending the money. Maurice spent so much of his time working with us and he ended up finding such a good deal for her that not only did we leave the store with my moms new phone, but I also had to take him up on the deal and I was able to upgrade my already newer phone AND my tablet. He has an extraordinary personality and was really helpful. Definitely the best experience we’ve ever had with an employee at any Verizon store in the 15 years that my mom and I have been customers. “Wow! What a great experience! I've been in sales for a long time and can tell you that this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. First, it was a holiday and the store had 2 other customers and us. Michael, a great sales person and helper, helped everyone in the order that they arrived as well as balancing a couple of us at the same time.
