“I am writing this review to commend Emma, the service agent at your store at 116th and Olio if I could give her 10 stars instead of five I would… I am a retired AT&T, vice president, so disgusted with AT&T service that I was willing to pay more per month to move to Verizon. My order included the transfer of two phone lines, a watch and two tablets. One phone line was located with my son in Denver.… Naturally working with AT&T was a problem, but Emma was just incredible at overcoming every obstacle in the way… Her service was beyond anything you expect anymore in terms of quality, customer assistance, friendly, pleasant attitude, patience, and she was such a delight to work with. I simply cannot imagine how my experience could’ve been improved. In fact, given what I’m used to with AT&T, I was expecting a horrible time in affecting this transfer. Please give my most sincere. thanks for a job extremely well done to Emma.”

“We were at T-Mobile for three and a half hours creating a new account. The customer service that we received from Colin was phenomenal. Us waiting that long had nothing to do with Colin, more so for the customer service rep on the phone. Not only did Colin have patience, but he took care of us right away. I really appreciate him and everything that he did for our family. If we have any other questions or concerns, we will definitely go back and make sure that we speak with Colin.”
“The employees here were so wonderful to our family as we switched over 4 lines with 3 young kids running around their store. LeAsia was so kind, knowledgeable , patient, and knowledgeable! I don’t know if she’s a manager but if she isn’t she deserves to be. I’m so grateful for her and Daniella who both went above and beyond for our family”
“Anthony is fantastic. He is doing the best he can to fix my problem. He can only do so much as the original store I purchased from did not give me my 200 dollar gift card or the discount on my plan for a trade in.
The original location I purchased at said that I would get 800 dollars for my phone trade in. They received the phone and they still have not given me the proper discount. I have spoken with corporate and this store and they told me almost a month ago that this would be taken care of....said they took notes and sent me to three different stores assuring me that one of them will take care of it. They were not honest. Nothing was fixed. I have been paying more then I should. False advertisement and they have my old phone and claim they don't. So far... Awful experience. They have my property and did not give me the discount they promised in return. I've called too many times and the actual store never gets back to me. I've been in there in person and they assured me they needed to fix the mistake but haven't.”

“Wow! What a great experience! I've been in sales for a long time and can tell you that this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. First, it was a holiday and the store had 2 other customers and us. Michael, a great sales person and helper, helped everyone in the order that they arrived as well as balancing a couple of us at the same time.
He was able to articulate exactly what we needed and provide stellar service. He was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. Without a doubt we'll be doing all of our cell phone business here moving forward. Don't hesitate to head to this store to get the job done.”
