“This is the one gas station keeping me out of the rain while I'm pumping gas! Also it is not a favorite place of the people that like to smoke pot & take dope. So I never smell a mobile weed center when I get gas from this location. Also the staff is friendly and helpful at the window. If you don't need sodas and other accouterments, this is the perfect place to go and get those points from Kroger to reduce your gas cost! My olfactory glands thank you Kroger!”
“My mother, who is nearly 100, has enjoyed getting her recurring prescriptions through Mathes Pharmacy. They make it super easy! All prescriptions are delivered to her at her retirement establishment. They are timely, and the delivery is free. The staff has always been helpful and patient. We couldn't ask for more! The days of going in and out of other pharmacies to pick up her meds that sometimes weren't even ready on time are over!!!!”

“This pharmacy is so incredibly busy, and I know the staff has to be absolutely overwhelmed. I think they all try their best, and a lot of the employees are super friendly. With that said, I have had a few issues with my prescriptions being ready when the app says they will. I do think that’s more of a system issue and not a staff issue.”

Walgreens makes money from raising prices, especially since this is a poor area, I don't agree with the prices but it's not the cashiers faults. Also people complaining about them bring incompetent, please look at yourselves before talking about others when you can't do their job yourself. It's also not illegal for the price of cigarettes to go up, especially if they sell. Don't complain and cuss people out and just go to the other places. You customers are the ones they probably hate the most considering the workers just work there ? Find a better place and leave people alone, better yet stay away from the outside world.”

“I always use the pharmacy. I have two young boys in daycare who are constantly sick with something. I rarely get great service but when I do I like to leave a review. Thank you so much to Nathan who helped me in the pharmacy drive thru August 20. You showed compassion and you don’t see that EVER. Had a smile on his face, explained what he had to do with the medication, was exceptionally fast because my baby was crying in the backseat. Bless you!”

“They make sure you have everything you need for your medications. Always helpful with questions answered. Not everything prescribed by your doctor is paid for by health insurance. These guys are the bridge over all of the red tape. I love that they are right here in New Albany.”
