“Bought some towels for a gift. Didn't have all pieces in stock, but Customer Service did check and called other stores for me. The pieces were put on hold. I purchased what was in stock at the location I was at and went to the other store the following day to get the missing sizes. Thankful was able to get all the towels to make a nice gift set. Happy with The Customer Service's professionalism and friendliness.”

“Love the place prices are great with lots of holiday items right now, it's just very crowded with small aisles even on a Monday night. The staff is constantly on the move trying to fill shelves though which is great! I was definitely in search of some of their shirts”

“This place is always congested dirty. I don't like the fact they don't have a room where you can try on your clothes. See if they fit before you purchase them. When I went the bathroom was out of order so you wasn't able to use the bathroom while you're shopping. The customer service is not that great. They always look like they annoyed. They're not smiling. They don't say hello to you. I Only go here to get school uniforms once a year for my kids”

“This past weekend I was shopping and went into the fitting room and somehow misplaced my purse and noticed it mid shopping and quickly told Racquel the cashier and quickly called the manager. Once the manager came told her I tried to ping my phone and heard it and now I couldn't hear it and believe someone has taken my purse, the manager quickly went into her office to review cameras and as she was viewing Bertha from the fitting room had come up to me and stated that a customer had given her the purse and quickly came and got me. I want to shout out to Bertha (fitting room attendant) Racquel (Cashier) and manager sorry I forgot her name but was very attentive. You guys rock and thank you a million times. Best staff ever!!!”
“I had an extraordinary experience at this Meijer and it was always because of an exceptional young man that went above and beyond the call of duty‼️ JQ, whom I found out upon my own investigation, is a team leader in the frozen Dairy department of this particular store that I love coming to so much and it’s all because of the excellent customer service from the person that greets you at the front of the store to when you leave they thank you for coming‼️ These kind of things really makes the difference in the grand scheme of things and I appreciate that!
What makes JQ so incredibly exceptional is the fact that he was literally on his way home & off the clock, had almost made it to the door when I ran into him & asked his assistant. JQ turned around and led me to what I needed and gave me a recommendation as well‼️ This is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty, excellence and passion in motion‼️

“Clerk, in Clinque dept. seemed a bit preoccupied when I was seeking help looking for a specific lipstick. She did even reccomend an alternative ? She just stated, they no longer carried that kind.”
“Actually, this store is very clean but a little crowded but they try to keep it neat. It’s possible the staff there act like they really don’t want to help you but they’re watching you at the same time. You literally have to go up to them and ask for help but once you get the cash register, they will check you out. I only go here if I just need something quickly and efficiently but overall it’s not a bad store”

“While I have never been inside and only ever done grocery pick up I will say it is a good Walmart. Orders consistently correct and employees are kind and quick. Parking lot could be cleaner”

“It is in an excellent location, you find a little bit of everything. Cleanliness in public bathrooms is necessary since when you go with your children, hygiene is extremely important. But I have no complaints about the rest. Although when you ask someone who works there about something you are looking for and it is not in place they tell you (If it is not there there is no one) it is very difficult to find someone willing to help although there are some but there are few workers. There are some who see that you are going to ask them for help and run away. Sometimes it makes you laugh instead of annoying. Value your good workers, the people we buy need more people like that. They make shopping satisfying and why do you return just because of the customer service?”

I see them cleaning and I see people / customers putting things anywhere . Sometimes the people packing online orders don't say excuse me but overall Management continue illustrating how a community can depend on our neighbor store!!!!! “We just had a great experience here. They changed their policy so that there are limits on how many collectors cards can be bought at one time, so my nine-year-old was actually able to buy a small pack of Pokémon cards for the first time in a long while! Everything is always sold out everywhere. The man at the customer service counter was incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you for helping us out!”
