Hardware Stores
“Our go-to hardware store. I go out of the way to go to this one because it’s cleaner, staff have always been top notch and know their stuff! I have a business account through them, so I get 10% off my purchases! The other Ace’s near me don’t have the “new” system so I don’t get discounts and stuff using my account.
This store is AMAZING! And no I’m not getting paid to say this!”
“Recently stopped in for some odds and ends, and what we thought would be an uneventful visit turned into a great customer experience. The store was well-staffed, and had the most welcoming and helpful folks we've ever experienced at a hardware store. Maybe everyone was filled with holiday cheer, but the customer service we experienced was second to none.”
“Store was very well organized, and clean.
Staff were easily available and very helpful. Walked me to the item I was looking for.
Sadly, some items are locked up, but that seems to be a trend nowadays and staff was readily available to open anything if I needed it.”
“The staff, especially Kyle and Jill, are so friendly and helpful! Bought dog food my GSD didn’t really care for. They let me exchange it for one she likes with no hassle!”
“This has to be my favorite place. I go in there when I don’t even need anything, but usually walk out with a bunch of stuff. I have shopped here for years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work.”
“The Menards in Greenwood has much better service than all the others, and better than Lowe’s and Home Depot. The other stores stock everything inside and expect you to carry your order out yourself even when I ask for a lift driver they always act rude and dont want to reply. Menards has a huge drive through yard and an army of fork lifts. The employees will load for you.”
“Nothing beats a local hardware store, and this place is no exception. The prices are very good, but more importantly, you actually get customer service in a world where that's almost non-existent.”
