“These guys took great care of us. I rented a minivan for a last minute trip and they put me in a Pacifica with 5,000 miles on it. It was loaded and made the trip really easy. Derek told us to call him with any issues and if we needed to extend our trip by an extra day, just give him a call. They made it really easy for us and I will plan to rent from this branch in the future.”
“My rental experience at National in Carmel, IN started rocky but ended up amazing! I rented a full size SUV for a golf trip to Pinehurst, NC to take myself and three customers along with their luggage, clubs and cabin supplies. I was scheduled to pick up the Jeep Waggoneer at 10:00 AM, Saturday October 12. I was running late so did not arrive until just before noon (their closing time). Justin B., store manager, let me know that my vehicle wasn't returned yet but would be there in 10-15 minutes because he had just talked with the previous renter. After 45 minutes of waiting he called the renter again and found out they lied to him and were more than an hour away. Justin tried to find another vehicle at other locations with the help of the regional manager but nothing was available. I left for a couple hours to get supplies and lunch and drove through the lot around 3 and the Jeep was still not returned. I called Justin and he said he would check at 6PM and let me know if it was back. In the meantime I contacted several colleagues and found a vehicle that would work if needed but it would be an inconvenience. When Justin called that evening he said the Jeep was still not back but they located a van that would take care of our needs. He was very professional and apologetic and worked with me to comp the rental for the week. I have used this location before and I will definitely use them again as they are always customer focused and provide great service and work through issues. THANK YOU JUSTIN AND NATIONAL!”

“My grandson has been inquiring about airplanes for quite some time, and after his swim lessons, I made a stop at the local airport where individuals learn to fly. The gentleman was kind enough to take him to sit in one of the smaller planes, and he was ecstatic, stating that it was a little plane, indicating his readiness to sit on a bigger airplane. I will leave that decision up to his parents. But I just want to thank the gentleman who took the time to allow my grandson this experience. Thank you once again.”

“Our travel plans had changed so we brought our car in early at aa rental location closest to us. I have done this a few times in the past and at most had been charged $50 or so for the return. The man at the counter said about the same. Then when we were handedthe bill, it was almost DOUBLE the original cost of the rental. We asked to just get the car bac and continue with our original reservation but were told the rental was closed. We called Customer Service and explained that I had been loyal AVIS member of decades and what our situation was. We were told that the most that could be offered by a manager was 2 free rental days. While this was going on the person at this AVIS franchise heard us and contacted his own Corporate contact and arranged for the charges to reversed and for us to pay only, the amount for 2 days rental plus charges. This brought the bill down by $700. The actions of tis person were above and beyond and if it were not for his actions we would have taken this up with VISA and social media as well as renting from another company moving forward. As is we will continue with AVIS for now but I will warn anyone who asks about our experience.”

“I picked up a rental from here as I was in town. I needed it for a week so I had the rental Saturday to Saturday. Allison was very helpful and fast when she gave me a vehicle. Not a lot of options to pick from however make sure to reserve the category you need. Very much easier than renting from the airport if you are not flying in or far away from it”

“Thank goodness for Avis. My car broke down and while it was in the shop, my family rented a car from here. They were reasonably priced and the car we got was a pretty nice one. Other places we looked at had nice cars too, but they were a bit pricier. We rented for 9 days and had no issues whatsoever. One thing to remember though, fill up the tank before you return the car! We did, but if you don't, your bill will be +$10 per gallon that they have to fill it. If we're ever in need of an in-town car rental again, we'll probably rent with Avis.”
“I had to rent a car due to mine being in the shop. There was a technical issue when I rented the car but at check out Jared took care of it. I was actually stressed about the check out process due to the issue. By the time I left, it had been resolved. I will definitely rent a car from them again in the future.”
“This is my go-to location for car rentals. They always have adequate vehicle stock and hours/location is convenient for my schedule. Cars are always ready on the day and time that I’m scheduled to pickup. Overall terrific experience, keep up the great service.”
“Booking was very easy. I rented a car while my work truck was being repaired and they worked with me to extend my reservation and even waved the extension fee because my truck took longer than anticipated at the last minute. Great service the car was clean and in good shape.”
