“My grandson has been inquiring about airplanes for quite some time, and after his swim lessons, I made a stop at the local airport where individuals learn to fly. The gentleman was kind enough to take him to sit in one of the smaller planes, and he was ecstatic, stating that it was a little plane, indicating his readiness to sit on a bigger airplane. “I normally don't write reviews, but definitely a positive one here. Katie worked with my situation, another location dropped the ball (as with any large franchise) on a large passenger van rental. Not only did they work really hard to help me, at first they were not able to help but gave me useful info, but then I got a call about an hour later that they had a vehicle available. They did the legwork, I was about to have to go all the way to Fort Wayne for an alternative rental. They are awesome, stick with this branch. They work really hard for their customers!!!!”
“Great vehicles and excellent customer service! We needed a truck at the last minute and made a reservation. Shortly after, someone called to let us know the truck was not currently available but that they were expecting one later that day. They kept our reservation open, and true to their word, a truck became available and they contacted us right away. “We needed a spacious rental for our trip to FL for a family of 6 and they set us up with the smoothest drive possible! Very clean and no mechanical issues on the drive there and back. “Thank goodness for Avis. My car broke down and while it was in the shop, my family rented a car from here. They were reasonably priced and the car we got was a pretty nice one. Other places we looked at had nice cars too, but they were a bit pricier. We rented for 9 days and had no issues whatsoever. One thing to remember though, fill up the tank before you return the car! We did, but if you don't, your bill will be +$10 per gallon that they have to fill it. If we're ever in need of an in-town car rental again, we'll probably rent with Avis.”
“I had to rent a car due to mine being in the shop. There was a technical issue when I rented the car but at check out Jared took care of it. I was actually stressed about the check out process due to the issue. By the time I left, it had been resolved. I will definitely rent a car from them again in the future.”
“We had a few issues on the trip. My daughter and I were going to a funeral out of state. At the funeral the low engine oil light came on. We called them and they said to add oil and send in our receipt. As we were going to the auto zone, we had low tire pressure come on. We went a mile further to the tire place and they fixed the tire, and changed the oil because it was not registering on the lipstick and there was no leak. This led us to think we got the car with low oil. When we returned the car, we were told that we should not have used that particular tire place because they had a bad reputation and the rental place does not use them anymore. Why didn't they say that on our second call to them? Also, we felt that the clerk was chewing us out for this. I said, that is okay, we will not use you anymore. The clerk then became a little nicer. But I will not use them again.”

“I was a little leery after reading some of the reviews, but it was the most convenient location (Noblesville) so I went for it. I was not disappointed! Pick up and drop off were seamless, there were no extra charges on my card and the car was spotless! I encountered two different employees and both were very friendly and professional. They both did a walk around the car with me at at pick up and drop off. Very quick and efficient process all around! I would use this location again!”
