“I have 3 vehicles all different kinds. SUV,SEDAN, LUXURY SEDAN. I trust the people at jiffy lube to service oil in any of them. This location had a garage door malfunction so only made 2 available. But they were working hard as they could. They didnt offer me to get out when I pulled in the car but the service once I was in the garage was good and efficient. Some shop talk. But thats too be expected!”

Hands down, the BEST experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic. Needed new front brake pads and rotors. Replaced in 2 hours and for $250+ cheaper than anyone else around.
Friendly, fast, affordable, etc…10/10!!”
“I had a friend tell me Saturday night that my brake oil might need checked, so I called Sunday and they said they could take a look, but that they didn’t have a mechanic there that day. I greatly appreciated the transparency right then and there before I even arrived. I brought it in and was able to get it checked right away. They checked my coolant as well and were able to fill that up for a decent cost. Also got a much needed oil change! Everyone was super friendly and quick to work, and overall I had a great experience. Thank you to all the staff who helped me out and got me in and out of there super quick!”

“I love Bob's Garage! This is the one place I can take my car in Hamilton County, and ALWAYS know I can trust I will have a repair or maintenance job well done and for a reasonable price! I called, last minute, for an appointment to bring in my hybrid car for new brakes and a bulb replacement next day. Not only did they make space available, but finished the job in time and at a price - hundreds below a competitor. This is the 5th car I have trusted to Bob's for work since they opened. The night before my birthday, I walked out of work in the dark after all my coworkers had left and my car simply wouldn’t start. We’d never used Mears before, but had heard great things about them, so I asked for it to be towed there and hoped for the best.
They figured out the problem, gave me a very reasonable quote and despite hitting some bumps along the way, they stuck to that quote, all the while making sure my car was completely taken care of.
I know for a fact we’ll be back in the future and we can’t recommend them enough! We’ve been searching for a trustworthy, competent and reasonable mechanic shop since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Now we’ve found that and more!”

“Pretty good experience except they gave me a quote for tires on a post it note. They have my email address. They could have emailed it to me or printed a hard copy. The only thing written on the note was the price. Come on guys! I waited for that quote. You could have put a little more effort into that especially since it's a new service.”

Our out-of-town daughter required a tow and repair; trusted local friends recommended this shop and we are so grateful! Our situation was vulnerable being in Georgia, but Mears staff (several different ones) politely walked us through the process and the price ended being less than quoted. We literally dumped her car on them late Monday (no appointment) and had it repaired relatively quickly and professionally. No drama, fuss, up-charge, unnecessary repairs, or allusive phone calls.
Above all else, integrity means everything to us (even if we pay a little bit more), but we were thrilled to get the complete package: trust, professionalism, and consideration. -Andrew”
“Had an appt for them to check out my brakes and suspension and within an hour of their having opened (I'd done overnight drop off), they'd called and advised what was necessary versus what could be postponed along with a really good recommendation of how long each of those things could wait. I got a quote for the things they were going to do that was extremely reasonable, and when I came in to pick up the car and pay only a few hours later, it was actually over $100 (maybe closer to $200) less than even the quoted amount, so to say I'm happy with them is an understatement. On top of that, the service advisor was super friendly. I'd been nervous to take my car in bc I'd never gone to them before but also haven't really gone anywhere in Indianapolis for significant repairs since moving here, but am wicked glad I went to Ty's.”

They don’t try to sell you anything or get you to spend more than necessary, but also willing to do any foolishness one wishes on a car that probably isn’t worth the effort otherwise, because they know it isn’t always about facts, but sometimes feelings with some cars.”

On MULTIPLE occasions, I’ve seen a visible big dramatic sigh, eye roll, and head shake when I pulled in. I’ve worked busy jobs before where you feel like you never get a break, so I get it.
