“We have a goal to start a small backyard garden this year and came in to get the lumber needed to make 2 4x4 ft raised planter boxes. We were able to order what we needed at the back counter and then went around the building to the self service lumber. We were really confused how to find our items and a little intimidated by the self service saw, but Paco found us and grabbed what we needed on his forklift, then cut the lumber for us. All we had to do was load into our small suv. We tried to leave a cash tip but he wouldn't take it. This was a huge time saver to us when we were in a rush and I am very impressed. Thank you paco!!!”

“Staff was very helpful even though the website told us an item was in stock and it was not carried in the store.
The employee checked stock to make sure they didn't have the item we needed (bissell vacuum belt 7/9/10) and we ended up having to order the part online.”
