“When I went to get my dog some new food there was an extremely helpful employee named Brennan helping me pick out the best option for my little pup. He seemed like he really loves animals and wasn’t just working for the money but to enjoy the joy of pets.”
“Perfect shop to find the essentials and more. Staff is very friendly, to you and your pets, and very knowledgeable. They have more than one store, and can coordinate between them for finding that one particular item.
Was not able to test their grooming services, however the setup looks fabulous!
Will definitely return whenever we're in town!

“My cat got her nails trimmed and got claw caps put on for the first time here, and it was a wonderful experience. It was much cheaper than anticipated, about $20 for front paws only and $25 for front and back. The groomer did a wonderful job with my kitty, I couldn't hear any sort of protesting from my cat throughout the experience. It was also surprisingly quick! It only took about ten minutes, and I spent that time browsing for gourmet cat treats!”
“A great place that puts the animals first. They take care of the animals needs, wellbeing and make sure they go to loving homes and not just a first come first serve kind of place.”

“I just had a wonderful interaction with who I assume is the manager of this petsmart location. You can tell she really loves her job and helping customers. My cat was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and she expressed that she had a cat who sadly passed with the same diagnosis and told me that she had the same issues I had. She was very helpful In finding different options for my picky easter and overall a pleasure to talk to. Im really glad she was working today to help me!”

“It’s not corporate so it’s different but no animals r starving or being mistreated. They r not in their forever homes as they r in a pet store. There are many animals here and my kids walk over just to see them and hold a ferret etc. the guys always nice and helpful and this is my favorite pet store and has been since I moved to Iowa almost 14 yrs ago”
