Sadly, it continued and I visited again today. Chad and Seth were friendly and kind. Chad did a great job troubleshooting, offering options, educating, and making sure I felt informed about my options. It really was a comfortable experience end to end.”

“I had originally went to an authorized reseller location. That location created so many problems on my Verizon account that it was hard to even know where to begin to get it straightened out. This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Everyone from the store manager down showed so much results in getting my account situated, and I am so grateful for them finally getting all the pieces put back together! “The store was very busy today so there was a wait to see an agent/technician. I was greeted by staff and they told me my approximate wait time. Once my name was called, my phone needs were addresses. (Setting up a new phone/transferring all the data). It took a long time (no fault of theirs). They were attentive to the issue and made me aware of what was happening. Hopefully it's all resolved and I can start using my new phone soon.”
