This location on Delaware was so unbelievably patient, worked tirelessly to get my account straightened out, and were equally as frustrated with my experience. Once my name was called, my phone needs were addresses. (Setting up a new phone/transferring all the data). It took a long time (no fault of theirs). They were attentive to the issue and made me aware of what was happening. Hopefully it's all resolved and I can start using my new phone soon.”
