“This place once was where you would go to find a great deal. Prices on some items are higher than what you would find at Menard's or Harbor Freight.More than average number of the staff are grouchy.Overall, I still like this store and visit monthly.”
“Great experience from start to finish.
Bill was great, let is wander and basically try every recliner until the right one was found. No pressure at all. He took our payment and set up delivery. The delivery driver's were incredible. They had no problem putting it upstairs where we wanted it. They plugged it in to test everything and were even a half hour early.
We appreciated everything and tipped em. They were professional and gracious.
We'll definitely be back to shop there again.

“Xachari was our sales associate today. He was very informative in helping us determine which mattress to buy. We had every intention of going to other stores but the no pressure sales of Xach made we want to buy from him. Xach was very upfront with pricing and again, did not pressure us into a higher priced mattress or any other upselling. I never heard of Midwest Mattress before today, but I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.”
