“Who knew when K-Mart went out of business that Target, a neighborhood staple, would become a go to store for incidentals. Well, it has. It's like your good neighbor you could rely on for odds and ends. Why? While pulling out the Christmas decorations, I could not find the wreath door hanger or the Christmas tree skirt--so laying a finger -- to side of my nose -- off to Target I will go. It is somewhat early and the roomy parking lot is full--masking up here I go. The aisles are orderly and the holiday prices are amazing! There are all sorts of bargains. Yet, as I stick to my list and sort through the possibilities, I am satisfied with an in and a quick out. Friendly staff, $ good prices, clean, roomy aisle, and everyone adhering to the Governor's Proclamation "to wear your mask, six feet distance and stay of good cheer as we navigate the pandemic. Least I forget they also have Pick Up Lanes, which you may be familiar with -- when you order on line -- you can park and wait for a representative to bring your retail to the car or go to the service counter-- give them your name or ticket number --and they will locate your order and out the door you go. Pretty simple. Anything you want just go to target. com--support local!”

“I love Target in general, but this Target is one of the best ones I've been in. It's clean and organized every single time I come here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.I never have issues finding anything. Shelf's are always stocked. The parking lot isn't crazy chaotic and the carts are constantly being picked up and brought back in. They have a beautiful Starbucks inside as well. They are fast with pick ups.Definitely one of the best Targets available.”

“We stopped into the store on July 3rd to purchase an SSD drive. Unfortunately, there weren’t many employees available to help, and with the construction going on, inventory looked pretty slim. We wandered around for about 10 minutes before finally finding an employee. He said he would check to see if the drive we wanted was in stock, but he never came back. After waiting another 10 minutes, we left the store empty-handed. On the way out we noticed he was checking out customers and had obviously forgotten about us by the way he glanced at us leaving. We celebrated the July 4th holiday and I went back to shopping for my drive online today, July 5th. I found the drive available online and Best Buy was my go to choice - unfortunately only available for in-store pickup at this location. We were also shopping for a new laptop and wanted to see our options in person before making a purchase. I was planning to do my in store pickup & drive all the way to the University Ave location - I’ll admit, I was hesitant to go back after our first experience, but I’m so glad we did. As soon as we got to the computer department, Liza checked right in with us to see if we needed help. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. She helped us search the open-box inventory and narrow down the best options based on our needs. Once we found one we liked, she brought it out for us to inspect. Because of the construction, the computer and box were pretty dusty. It was also a little above our original budget, so we were hoping there might be a little flexibility on the price. Liza spoke with her supervisor, Cordell, who was already busy helping other customers. Once finished He took the time to look everything over, agreed the condition warranted an adjustment, and was able to work with us on the price. While Cordell was taking care of that, Liza ran to grab our SSD pickup order so we could complete everything in one transaction. We also needed to switch the purchase to a different rewards account, which added another layer of complexity, but neither of them skipped a beat. They handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. To top it off, our gamer son decided he wanted a new monitor while we were there. Even though it wasn’t part of our original plan, Liza and Cordell took the time to help us compare options and make a smart choice without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was that they had no idea we’d had such a disappointing experience just two days earlier. They didn’t know they were changing our opinion of the store—they were simply providing exceptional customer service. We walked in expecting another frustrating visit and walked out genuinely happy. Liza and Cordell completely turned our experience around. They were professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us stay within our budget while making sure we left with exactly what we needed.
