“BEST PLACE TO GET BODY WORK DONE!!! We had two deer come up out of the ditch and hit our car 8 days apart. One on the drivers side and one in the passenger side ?. Jeff went above and beyond including buffing the yellowed headlamp on the side that didn’t have to be replaced and washed and vacuumed the car after 3 months of being in the dusty desert! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANY BODY WORK!!”

“I would like to recognize the extraordinary level of service Nathan provided for a pair wiper blades. Nathan, took the time to make sure I correct size wiper blades and even walked me through how to check the Advance Auto Parts system in the future. Nathan, also took the time to explain how the warranty works which I went ahead and purchased same. Within only a matter 10 minutes Nathan educated me on the warranty, selecting the correct pair of wiper blades, and even installed the wiper blades! We need more Nathan’s in society the world would be a better place.”

“Ted in sales took great care of me when I inquired about trading in my car for a lease. Every single step of the process was explained to me and all of my questions were answered. I walked out of there in 3.5 hours with a new car and felt great about the trade-in value I received for my old car. There is no bs’ing from anyone in sales at Smart Honda, unlike some other dealerships around Des Moines.”

“Can’t say enough about the staff, facilities and the phenomenal work they put into making it look like an accident never happened. The detail job they did when we got it back was unexpected and very appreciative. Fantastic communication from start to finish, responsive and we never had to mess with the insurance company. Hopefully won’t need to go there again but will be our first call if we do!”

“I’m so happy I found Hickman Auto. There have been a few times that I’ve brought my car in after some concerning noises and they’ve taken care of me either finding the best solution or being honest and telling me that they’re minor fixes. I never feel like I’m being ripped off and they always do a great job of explaining things to me.”

“Chris did a terrific job installing a new car battery. It was a cold day, and it took longer than usual to get it situated properly. Chris had a positive attitude about the whole thing and was very friendly. We were also given a military discount, which was great. We're very pleased with the service we received at Interstate Battery in Windsor Heights, and we'll be back for other batteries.”

“I walked into the parts store today to handle an AC warranty swap with the guy who sold it to me, only to find out he’s just… gone. Retired. 😞 I’ve known Ted for over 20 years, long before I ever launched this mobile operation. He was the very first person in this industry to look at me, see the potential, treat me like a real business, and set up my first commercial account. He didn’t just sell me parts; he stood behind me. When you’re turning wrenches and building a business from the ground up, the right guy behind the counter is your lifeline. About 5 years ago, when my service truck, the T-Rod, started knocking Christmas morning, I was in a tight bind. I needed that truck to survive. Ted didn't hesitate. He put together an in-house special, rods, lifters, head gaskets, the whole nine yards, at a massive discount just to keep me on the road. He bent over backwards for me. He waived tool deposits when he didn't have to. He gave me discounts just because he knew I was a good customer fighting the same fight. I literally wouldn’t be where I am today without guys like Ted supporting me in the trenches. The true masters of this industry are aging out, and when they leave, they take a lifetime of loyalty, grit, and knowledge with them. The torch has been passed silently on to me, and to be honest... it's heartbreakingly terrifying. Thank you for everything, my friend. Love, -T Fast T's Mobile Auto”

“Fleet Farm is a large, multi-purpose retail store that offers a wide range of products including farm supplies, tools, hardware, outdoor equipment, automotive items, clothing, home goods, and seasonal products. Overall, it provides a practical and convenient shopping experience, especially for customers who prefer having many different categories under one roof rather than visiting multiple specialized stores. One of the strongest aspects of Fleet Farm is its impressive product variety. The store is particularly useful for homeowners, farmers, outdoor enthusiasts, and DIY customers because it carries everything from basic household essentials to heavy-duty equipment. Whether you need tools for home improvement, supplies for farming and gardening, fishing and hunting gear, or automotive maintenance products, Fleet Farm generally has a reliable selection available. This wide inventory makes it a convenient one-stop shopping destination. Another positive feature is the store layout and organization. While the store is large and can feel overwhelming at first, the sections are generally grouped logically, making it possible to locate most items without too much difficulty once you become familiar with the layout. Seasonal sections are also well-stocked and frequently updated, especially during peak times like summer outdoor season or winter equipment needs. Customer service is typically friendly and helpful, with staff members who are generally knowledgeable about hardware, tools, and outdoor equipment. In departments like automotive, sporting goods, and farm supply, employees are often able to provide useful advice and product recommendations, which adds value for customers who may not be fully familiar with certain items.”

“This shop cares about it's customers and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of and treated fairly. Wes and the woman at the front desk could not have been nicer when I hit a deer. I went to one other shop prior to Stivers for an estimate and did not get a good feeling of trust from them - then I came to Stivers and could tell that they are trustworthy people. Wes called, emailed, or left a voicemail every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on the progress and timeline of my vehicles repair. That is un-matched customer service. Wes is the reason I went to Stiver's for my repair and he will be the reason I return if I have another collision.”

“Mike was great to work with and they did an awesome job replacing/painting the bumper on my husband’s car. I had sent Mike pictures of my husband’s bumper after we bought a used car - it was chipping paint pretty badly, and he could tell just from the photos (without us telling him) that the bumper had previously been involved in an accident and replaced/repaired and that the paint job had been bad. He generously sent me a quote for both stripping and repainting the bumper as well as replacing and repainting. I give this shop five stars for customer service and fair prices. I’m so glad we found them to complete the repairs for us!”

“My wiper blade needed immediate replacement. It was incredibly cold and I was having difficulty attaching the new blade. Your employee, Jovanny offered assistance which I did not hesitate to accept. It was beastly cold and this young man didn't attached the new blade. Without his help I would have been in sorry shape. You should do whatever is necessary to keep this young man in your employ, he is an asset to your business. My hands were frozen (as were his) and he saved me. I cannot show my appreciation enough for his assistance. Thank you Advance Auto for having such quality of individual in your employ.”

“My Porsche Boxster needed the front bumper repainted. I trusted Precision based on a personal recommendation; glad I did.Kaylee in the office was super to work with, and Jeff did a fantastic job on the paint, especially the match, which I'm told can be tricky with this color. The communication from both was great, and I got texted pictures as work progressed. If you're a car person, it can be hard to trust someone to paint your ride. You can trust Precision!”
