The staff are very friendly and helpful - they're awesome. The property is clean, but very shabby. The rooms lack outlets for charging smart devices, indicating there haven't been any updates in a long time. The price was good, except for the $75 pet fee.

Overall a great stay at Hyatt Place Downtown! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an ideal location. Not a huge fan of paying for parking, but purchasing the parking option when booking made the rate much more reasonable.

The beds are very comfortable, the room is huge and clean, and the employees are very kind and happy to help!
