“There have been new faces at Iowa State bank in the last 2-3 years. These new faces know me by name and recognize me when I come in. I feel very valued. They can easily help when I need electronic banking or wire help as well. They also are all dog lovers making my dog always happy to visit. They set up accounts for the kids so they can earn interest in their savings and then have a separate spending account for fun money as well.”
