“My husband and I visited this location for the second time due to the superior service we received from Jim the first time, and to take advantage of the 20% off Fit Exchange Program. We were sad to see Jim wasn't working but were quickly greeted by Sophie. She provided the same type of exemplary service that we experienced before with Jim. She was happy to help by looking up my husbands pants size on the computer, and showing us where the items were located. At checkout Sophie pointed out the dxl cologne next to the register and mentioned it was also eligible for the 20% off. My husband initially declined and we finished the checkout process with no issues. By the time he made it out to the car he changed his mind about wanting the collage(which smells amazing by the way) and asked me to go back inside and get it. I expected to pay full price since we had already completed the first transaction, but Sophie took the 20% off again without me even asking. I'm not sure what they are putting in the water at this location, but Jim and Sophie are obviously a different breed of salespeople. Customer service like this is will keep myself and I'm sure many others picking this store and location over others. A+++”

“What a beautiful little store. I would say it's mostly a woman's boutique but they do have some mens and baby clothes. It has a really nice layout and atmosphere and the owner was there and really friendly. Make a stop here you won't regret it. Shop local.”
“Stopped here after going to another boot shop. The gal helping my granddaughter went out of her way to make sure of her size and her preference. After we left she said "it feels like I am walking on air" . That says alot about the fit and the comfort! I love the Ariat bag I bought too. I have received so many compliments. “I stop here every time I’m at the mall. Vans always has something new to show off and I’m there! The store manager and employees are quick to help, even when it’s entirely busy. Quite knowledgeable about products, and have answers to where you can find what you’re looking for. I 100% recommend Vans, not only the store but the life style! ??”

“This place still has Dicky pants that aren't the flex fit . And they are conformable as they can get . The sales guy was really nice. I went in after work all dirty and he didn't treat me like bass pro shop. When I was there I was treated like I didn't have the money to pay for my cart . So thank you boot barn .”
