“Super busy place. Make sure you go as early as possible, at least one hour before the opening and register your name at the serial book. Workers are very nice people, and helpful. Remember, this place is out of nowhere, nothing to do while wait and so much frustrating to wait in a long queue, i mean long long queue ?. And this is a slaughter house and fast come fast serve police, so even if you wait 4 5 hours, you might not get what you wanted. Make sure you go with Card box to bring your items. If you want , you can slaughter animals yourself- as a Muslim it was important for me.”

“We enjoyed a quick trip to the store one afternoon during some downtime with baseball. We had been here before and the cafe was not open, but this time it was! We all got sandwiches and sides- everything was delicious!!! After our meal we walked around the store and got some candy. There is a wide selection of things to look at and purchase. However, check the labels if you are looking for made in Iowa products, due to there being many things that are only USA made. We will be back and enjoy our selves every time we come to visit.”

“This isn’t your big-box grocery store — and that’s exactly why I love it. You won’t find ten brands of the same product lining the shelves, but you will find almost everything you need, and you’ll be supporting a place that genuinely gives back to the people who live here.

What this store might lack in flashy signage or massive selection, it more than makes up for in heart. You’ll see familiar faces behind the counter, employees who remember your name, and owners who reinvest in local schools, sports teams, fundraisers, and families in need. They’re not just running a business — they’re a life source for the town!

Every dollar spent here feels like a vote for the kind of community I want to live in: one where people care, show up, and support each other. If you're tired of supporting faceless corporations and want to make a difference just by buying your groceries, shop here. It matters.”

“I would just like to say that Charles checked me out and I didn’t get everything I was looking for and he left the register to go help me find it. He is the absolute bomb and save the day kudos to a great employee”
