“Zach was very helpful. It was busy as they were obviously short staffed. The two working did the best they could to help people as they arrived. I would suggest hiring more help for Saturdays or have additional staff scheduled. I was there for awhile, but it was no fault of the staff. It was obviously due to not enough staff. Customer service can be difficult and stressful at times. I think they handled the rush well. Don't take the good employees for granted or your store will suffer.”
