“Kayla at Shaggy To Chic is a miracle worker! We have a Bernese Mountain dog who is always shaggy and sometimes matted even though we do our best. She goes in looking like a beast and comes out looking like a beauty. Everyone there is very friendly and I can’t say enough about Kayla’s skills. We would not go anywhere else! Highly recommended.”
“I just went for the first time yesterday. The facility was clean and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the individual roomy stalls with a door. I would have liked a little more water pressure, and I will bring my own shampoo and conditioner next time. Theirs was so watered down it was really just water and barely created any suds. I used two full bottles of shampoo and still didn’t have many suds. It was nice that you can use as many bottles as you want. I thought the facility itself was worth the money I paid even without them supplying shampoo. I will go again.”

“Great grooming experience with both cats. Were able to handle a cat who hates brushing and nail trims and were able to give her a lions cut.My only concern is the place isn't accessible due to a step to get in. However the place is trying to figure out how to make it Accessible for clients in wheelchairs even though the landlord won't fix it.I highly recommend Smitten Kitten”
“Jennifer the owner is the best! She's so good with my Labrador Sadie, even working with her to get her to calm down (as a lab she's super excitable). Every time we go here we have an amazing experience - it's always the highlight of my dog's day. The selection of dog stuff is also great, with all kinds of bones / chew treats that my dog can't stay away from.”

“I just had a wonderful interaction with who I assume is the manager of this petsmart location. You can tell she really loves her job and helping customers. My cat was recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism and she expressed that she had a cat who sadly passed with the same diagnosis and told me that she had the same issues I had. She was very helpful In finding different options for my picky easter and overall a pleasure to talk to. Im really glad she was working today to help me!”
“My horses love Healthycoat! I’ve used Healthycoat for over 10 years. It gives my horses bloom and shine, good for their immune system, feet and hair coat. Healthycoat’s omegas are good for the inside of my horses and it shows on the outside!”

“Our dog has been going here for a few years and loves it. They always take good care of her and update us as needed. She always gets a bath before we pick her up after a long stay and the place is clean. They are friendly and helpful. I do hope they upgrade to a larger facility one day though, they are so popular, the extra space is needed! Despite how far away we live from this place now, we still use them for boarding and daycare because they are great and one of few places we’ve found that will allow “bully” breeds to play at daycare.”
