“There are great with my dog took good care of her and you did a great job on her grooming and she's not a dog that is good without me being there but I went shopping while I waited for them to call me when she got done and they didn't have any problems with her behavior surprisingly they were great with my dog I trust them”
“I only go here if I need a pet store great quality food treats and supplies. I really appreciate the pet stylist I had Sara Hurd. She really did an AMAZING job on my girls cuts and trim as you can see and they loved it. Also the cherry on top she put this fall themed collar bows on them after was just better than I could of asked for. Will be going back whenever they need their spa day and feel confident it will be done well. For only 50 plus tips each very reasonably priced.”
“They just about always have what I need and they're prices are great. I like that I don't have to save my reciepts- I'm on their rewards system, so they can look up purchases. It makes returns super easy!”

“This is the only place we've found dehydrated duck hearts! My dog absolutely loves these! And, they're a super healthy treat, too! I felt like everything in the store was fairly priced, and actually cheaper than most places. The store was small, but extremely clean! And, the staff is so helpful! Will definitely be back weekly!”
“We bought one of their cat towers. They are built way more sturdy than all the others you see at the name brand pet stores. Our cats had worn out their previous one which had become extremely wobbly. Knowing this one will last a lot longer made it worth the price.”
“Great grooming experience with both cats. Were able to handle a cat who hates brushing and nail trims and were able to give her a lions cut.My only concern is the place isn't accessible due to a step to get in. However the place is trying to figure out how to make it Accessible for clients in wheelchairs even though the landlord won't fix it.I highly recommend Smitten Kitten”
“Jennifer the owner is the best! She's so good with my Labrador Sadie, even working with her to get her to calm down (as a lab she's super excitable). Every time we go here we have an amazing experience - it's always the highlight of my dog's day. The selection of dog stuff is also great, with all kinds of bones / chew treats that my dog can't stay away from.”
“They had the dog food I was looking for and it was $30 less than the store I used to shop at!!! Curbside pick up was fast and employee was friendly even though the bag of dog food she was carrying was almost as big as her! :-)”

“There aren't enough employees. Their inventory is large and I imagine the employees are kept busy restocking shelves and are unable to provide the customer service that they'd like to.”
“Best experience ever!! We went in to look at the chickens and ducks, as that was my son’s birthday wish. As one staff was walking out, he said, “Is there anything I can help you with before I go on my break?” I told him what we were looking for and instead of pointing us in that direction, he walked us over to the pin. Not only that, he opened the pin to show us all of them. Very kindly & calmly. He was SO nice!! (I believe his name was Seth.) we will definitely be going back!! All of the other staff would ask us if we needed any help when they walked by as well. So kind!!”

“A Place that's great to add a new member to your family. Just noted that if your looking to adopt a dog make sure you bring any you currently live with for a meet and greet. Or you'll have to reschedule a meet and greet and that's no guaranty that they'll still need there as they don't hold animals for people”
