“Always helpful and friendly! Lost debit card and was happy to have a replacement in hand within 10 minutes of walking in the door. The teller was more than happy to look my account up to ensure no activity had happened on my account since the last time I had used the card. Relief! Whew. She gave me a great pen and offered me information on other services. She was polite, professional, and took safety precautions wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer available in several spots and visual reminders of social distancing marked. Have done all my banking in the last 25 years (i.e. a couple car loans, personal loans, home mortgage,etc.) Very happy with all services offered! Free checking, Free bill payer, Free online banking, automated response teller. You can even get support via text. I'm just absolutely ? all about Linn Area Credit Union! It's where I stash my money ?”

Two weeks later after my wife passed we met with her again to take care of accounts and to open one as a memorial to my wife. Once again, Anna came to our rescue and made us feel so relaxed. I had fretted and worried and she took that right away.

“The emoyees at this location are phenomenal with what they do to help out their customers, everyone is nice abd upbeat and if I have any problems with my account they are on the ball. Sure sometimes I accidentally get charged twice after an atm with draw but ther team that monitors that alway fix the issue. And for this location in particular, everyone seems happy to be there.”
