The teller was more than happy to look my account up to ensure no activity had happened on my account since the last time I had used the card. Relief! Whew. She gave me a great pen and offered me information on other services. She was polite, professional, and took safety precautions wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer available in several spots and visual reminders of social distancing marked. Have done all my banking in the last 25 years (i.e. a couple car loans, personal loans, home mortgage,etc.) Very happy with all services offered! Free checking, Free bill payer, Free online banking, automated response teller. You can even get support via text. I'm just absolutely ? all about Linn Area Credit Union! It's where I stash my money ?”

Today, I spoke with the manager CJ, and he helped me with my account security after I received a fraudulent phone call from a scammer trying to impersonate one of their employees. It was suspicious, so I went to their location to speak with someone in-person, and CJ confirmed that the call was not from them. He then helped me secure my account and make a new card. It was super easy and he was very nice! I would definitely recommend this location, as everyone there is wonderful!”

Sure sometimes I accidentally get charged twice after an atm with draw but ther team that monitors that alway fix the issue. And for this location in particular, everyone seems happy to be there.”
