“Bought a 2025 CR-V EX this past summer. Hassan was my salesperson and he was helpful every step of the way. I told him exactly what I wanted and what financing %. Never pushed me on add-ons that I didn't want. He was patient with me as I did some table math when deciding the amount of downpayment I wanted. Jeff was also easy to work with in the finance office. Justin the manager was fair to negotiate with and very personable. The whole process was simple and not drawn-out. The CR-V itself is an amazing vehicle. I recently completed a 3500 mile road trip to Acadia (highly recommend), and I had zero issues throughout the trip.”
“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

Ford builds crap products. Have a 2020 Ford Edge. At 50K miles transmission went out. At 66K miles the rear drive unit went out along with get two oil leaks on the engine repaired. Hadn’t owned a Ford since 1990. They were crap back then. Thought after 30 years they had to improve. Wrong! When this one nears the end of the extended warranty it’ll be gone and replaced with a quality brand.”

“Got connected with Jason Murley and his wife Diana purely by coincidence through the website chat. Best thing that ever happened! So nice, professional, straightforward, honest and easy to deal with! We bought a 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid and a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from them in 3 weeks. The Palisade was ordered through another dealer in February and they never updated me on status. After buying the 2025 Kia from Jason, I asked if he could get me the Palisade. He had it in a week (compared to the other dealer who could not supply it in 3.5 months). I dread dealing with car dealers, but Jason and Diana at McGrath make it so easy and enjoyable! “I've been using these guys over a year now for various projects and I'm always impressed with the quality and speed of their work. They say in body work, you can choose 2 of the following 3 options and find a shop: Quality Work, Quick Turnaround, & Inexpensive Cost. Palo Auto Body is all 3 of these options. When you go here, there is another shop on the other side of the road by a very similar name so don't go there by mistake (no experience with them - they might be good, too) but keep going all the way to the end of the road and you won't be disappointed!”

“This is probley one of the best orielys experiences I've ever known I went there with a loose almost broken battery cable and gunner charged my battery and the a man named Mark hooded it back up I test drive it and still had issues so I call back and ask them please can you check out anything that looks funny that's when I met Steven who showed me and ask me who done this to your car the whole cable was loose and twisted and all and it took a 4$ part and him asking that super awesome man if he could hook it up for me and it took that man 5 min to switch the part for me forever greatful you saved me and my dogs life sir thank you all so much”
“After my deer collision, I took my truck to Bob Mickey Collision Center since they had favorable reviews and it’s near my house. The service was completed earlier than anticipated, the work is of fine quality and they even thoroughly detailed the interior of my truck. They certainly didn’t have to detail the interior. I’m a person who likes to keep my interior clean and finding they had gone the extra mile by detailing the interior really made me feel like I chose the right place for my vehicle’s body work. Called Ingles Auto Body, they had me stop in that day looked over the scratch gave me an estimate and time frame . They were on time and matched the paint perfectly, I was worried that you'd be able to notice the color difference, but they blended in it and clear coated the whole side of the bed of the truck.. it looks perfect.. thank you for you professional service.Service: Painting”
