The staff were very friendly and conversational during my visit. They also knew a lot about the products and made recommendations/told me about local items. “Wonderful little local shop with amazing owners and workers! I had a custom order that I needed done ASAP because I'm a procrastinator, and normally it's the right thing to do to place the order days in advance. LOL! When I arrived, I was kindly greeted. I explained what I needed and if possible, I need now. Everyone was hands on deck helping me pick out items for 8 different custom-made orders for a business need. They didn't send me away or tell me they needed more time. They jumped in and worked together to complete the order! They even offered to print our business logo to include on the packages! Wonderful place and people and I recommend to anyone wanting some yummy, good snacks, Iowa souvenirs and much more! I will be using them for business and personal needs in the future! This is what small businesses are all about! Thank you!”

“The only reason why I'm giving it 5 stars is because I can't rate it any higher. The environment and the people who work here have a great vibe around them giving it an all around good experience. Everyone is super polite, understanding, and will do anything they can to help out, I've bought a few things from here and they are very reliable, so reliable I've sent friends this way and they've said the same thing. They have a very nice and large variety, from default pipes, to animal or gandalf pipes, etc. Everything they have is displayed in a very nice fashion and makes everything look good. I look forward to buying from here again!”
“As a person using a mobility device, aka a rolling walker, I struggle going into stores that have lots of little items. This store’s aisles and places to walk through were immaculate snd easy to navigate. A lot of times, I skip shopping in similar stores, because my mobility device is a hinderance, and I can’t safely shop the store. When I was there on April 4th, 2025, I was able to safely shop and look with no issues or assistance needed, which rarely happens. The people working were extremely helpful and kind. I hope this continues and spreads to other places. This store is proof that ADA compliance is possible, and fun items are for everyone!”
“We enjoyed spending time at this small but enjoyable zoo. We enjoyed seeing the red pandas. We were surprised in the Australian section that the wallabies were free roaming! We had fun feeding a giraffe (extra cost, but reasonable). We did not ride the little train around the zoo. The zoo is easy to get around.”
